I set it on the fastest speed (3?) and have left it there forever.

Racquets that shrunk: Yonex Tour G 330 (16/20) strung w/ poly at 42, Wilson RF97A poly at 48/46, Volkl Organix 10 325 poly at 40/38. Never experienced anything like this in my old Ektelon F.

Hi Rabbit, hope you don't mind me going direct to you. It's about my Neos 1500+Wise. I've been noticing shrinkages at most 1/16. Read all the threads and mainly consensus is not to worry if not too much. Not overly worried but just baffled. What I notice is that after unmounting the racquet would "pop out" of the white plastic mounts. Could it really be just the racquets? Any thoughts at all? Thanks.

I am so sorry. I misread your post. I thought you had a 1000 , not a 1500. I have never had an issue with my 1500. It is rock solid. I've never had a frame "jump off" the mounts.

Hey no worries. I just restrung my Volk Organix 10 325 which I just bought new this weekend. First time I strung with Poly 40/38 I had some compression. This time I strung it with hybrid (poly/multi) at 43/45 and there was no shrinkage. Has to be the racquet :)

Good. Just make sure you you mount the frame, you push down on the top piece (the silver things that hold the racket at 6 & 12) while you push down on the lever. Then snug up the mount using the two knobs below. Just don't do them too tight.

Hey Rabbit, I created a thread about this but did not get any response. It's about the Neos 1500's supposed Quick Click base clamp. I'm a bit confused. I thought it meant it snaps into place when locked just like the Gamma 6004. But obviously none of that happens when I lock it. You just press hard enough to get it to the close position. Would appreciate your input on this. Thanks.

If not for the other features I would return this just for this misleading claim. But, I'm cool. If I do wish for that click feature in the future, TennisMachines sells a gravity-release base clamp for $195 that will work for this model. But I'm good for now. Regards.

yeah, I saw the upgraded bases. I was actually very tempted to purchase them. I may yet.
