    Struggling to avoid caps lock in my excitement...I just had a breakthrough with my forehand grip. Feeling more hope for my tennis than I've felt in quite a while.

    For months, I've personally struggled immensely trying to change grips from continental (I always thought I was using Eastern but I was wrong) to a strong Eastern. I found a wrist angle during the unit turn that feels really comfy and perfect, stopping me from inching my hand back to continental like I've been doing.

    That’s awesome! Congrats!! I myself went back to basics with drop feeds and I have found my topspin back, hence keeping balls in. I am a semiwestern myself.
