    Yonex DR98 - Customizing

Thanks. I also like a stable racket, used to play heftier rackets, but the DR seems a fine racket. I feel like a leathergrip will do and i like a bit of lead at 3/9; No lead at 12 though. Are Yonex headshapes more stable anyway? For strings, Confidential seems to work for me, maybe I will...

    Yonex DR98 - Customizing

Hi guys, for the DR98 (310g), where would you advise to put lead tape (if at all), also given the isometric Yonex head shape. Would 3/9 make most sense to add a bit of stability? Also, any copolys you would recommend for this racket, given its low flex? Thanks...

Hi, you seem to have a lot of experience with the Head Radical OS. Do you happen to know the differences between the Head Radical Tour (Bumblebee 1993) and the Candycane 1998 version (both OS) ? How do they differ in specs and playability? I have an opp to get my hands on theses rackets, but...

    Head Radical Tour Twintube 690

@mad dog1 but wouldnt the twistweight be pretty high given the 107 inch head? I believe the PT630 (same mold I think) has a very low twistweight, so I am wondering if the Candycane 690 is more in the 15 range or lower, somethere in 13 range...I tend to find rackets with heavy static weight...

    Head Radical Tour Twintube 690

@graycrait @mad dog1 Do you happen to know the Twistweight of the 690 Candycane? Or anyone else ? Many thanks..

    Head Radical Tour Twintube 690

Hi, anyone who has experience with this racket willing to share their insights? How does it play: is it stiff or comfortable? for an OS racket, is it quite manuverable? Is it very powerful being an OS racket or still controllable? Which string set up would be recommendable? Any modern racket...

    Oversize rackets

Hi, i would be interested in a list of oversize rackets suitable for an advanced player (meaning still providing control and feel via a thin beam to also allow for some sort of manouverability and whippyness..). I would say the classic ones like Prince Graphite 107 or Head Radical 107 (Agassi)...

Head Youtek Speed Pro (1. Generation)

does anyone know in which areas the racket is partcularly stiff or flexible? The 70 RA is just a number, but is the head stiff all around or are there areas with more flex? Looking at its 18mm beam, i cannot image it will play as stiff as some tweener racket..

Head Youtek Speed Pro (2009) vs. Head Graphene 360+ Speed Pro

Hi, to all the Head Speed Pro users out there: which one do you prefer and why? I have playtested both and I cant make up my mind.. I like the new 360+ a lot, but the old Youtek is s.th. special with its 18mm beam and high stiffness. Thanks for your recommendations..

Head Youtek Speed Pro (1. Generation)

also, does anyone know if the sweetspot is located more in the upper part of the head due to its unique shape? Or would it be a traditional sweetspot like we have in the Pro Staffs etc..Thanks..

Head Youtek Speed Pro (1. Generation)

is the Head Youtek Speed Pro (2009) killing arms and shoulders then? It is quite heavy and has 70 RA, but the beam is so thin. I really like this racket, but would it´s specs indicate likely arm pain? I heard many times a stiff racket will damage your arm, but mainly because it is very...

    Head Graphene Speed Pro 360+

Why is it that the Speed pro should be more manouverable ? Is it simply cos of the more HL balance ? Looking at the thicker beam , high swingweight and bigger head , the Speed pro should not be that fast, but I still hear it is.

    Head Graphene Speed Pro 360+

I think what’s nice about the Speed pro is that there is no need to add any lead tape. The only thing I would do is putting a leather grip on, so i would end up with some 340g, around 32 Balance and 330 swingweight. Sounds perfect to me. Has anyone experienced arm / shoulder pain with this...

    Head Graphene Speed Pro 360+

Thanks , the only thing holding me back a little is the 23 beam. I usually play with 20-21 beams. Will this affect the playability of the racket or make it less whippy ?

    Head Graphene Speed Pro 360+

Yes sounds promising. I would say my level of play is quite advanced, but using the typical player frames such as RF97 or similar can be just too demanding in the long run. I am really looking for a players racquet with a little more forgiveness..
