I got a "Head Graphene Touch Speed MP" recently. I find that the racquet is too low on power. I use wilson nxt max 16 at 50. what guts can possibly get me a bit more power? Same question for wilson pro staff 95S as well.

That makes sense. So while TW reports balance (in both cm and in) from butt cap, head chooses to report cm from butt cap and and in from center. Just to confuse recreational players like me!! Thanks a lot for the explainer. Now I can sleep in peace and get my new racquet strung tomorrow without...

It is extremely underpowered racquet, although has great control. I am doing this experiment of adding lead at 3 and 9 (2 gms on each), and will tell you in a week or two how it plays.

And lol.. look at this - https://www.head.com/en-IC/sports/tennis/graphene360-speed-racquets/ - the specs on speed pro say 315 mm - 1 in HL. So I guess my racquet is OK. Head guyd do not know mm to in conversion!!

Wow, you must be a hard hitter. Although they turn out to be expensive, but once you start using multifilaments, it is difficult to switch back to polys!!

Since I switched to a denser string pattern, I have been using multi filament guts (wilson nxt 16). I absolutely love the feel and pop they provide, although they last much lesser than usual polys. I am a 3.5 - 4 player, and I break my multi filament in about 20 - 25 hours on my Yonex V core...

Only when the strings get loose and start to move around. Otherwise they are fine.
