    Everyone is back at the gym

    My gym closed for 4 months initially at the start of Covid (March 2020-June 2020) and we had to wear masks until last may. Been mask free for 10 months and no issues

    Id still move to the 3-5 rep range because it’s a more efficient use of your time. That range is better for strength gains than 10 reps.
