    Prince Textreme 95 Discussion

I had a few more hitting sessions and this racket is becoming more precise than ever! I think this may be my next racket. It has less spin than my 6.1 but the accuracy and plow is addicting. I'm still trying to tune my slice but tried some touch/drop shots and it was amazing!

    Prince Textreme 95 Discussion

I am currently transitioning to the Txt95 from the blx 6.1 95. I enjoy the lighter feel of the Prince and precision shot making I am getting from it. I call it a sniper rifle. Just point and shoot! Although it is lighter than my Wilson, the stability and plow is still there. The Wilson has more...

amazed by durability of multi main/poly cross

What multi are you using for the mains? Every time I try a new multi with a poly cross, the multi breaks within an hour! Durability is horrible as a main hybrid for me. I've even tried a thick Guage with same results. My level is 4.5. What is yours?

Del Potro still using K factor six one 95?

Hes using a Prostaff 97 PJ on his rackets at the BNP tourney. But you can tell it's a 95 Sq head with parimeter weights. So it's not the PS97. What's under the paint is the mystery. Dimitrov looks like a 95 with parimeter weights as well on his black prototype. So that is also not a PS97...

Similar String to Ytex Quadro Twist

So do you play with Volkl rackets? If not, why change? Quadro Twist is the poly that all polys are trying to achieve. (Spin, power, comfort, control & great tension maintainance: ALL in 1!) Rated #2 overALL strings by RSI.

    Taming the liveliness of a 6.1 95 (16x18)?

For a full poly set up, I've had the best results taming my 16x18 with YTEX Quadro Twist at 52 lbs or Wilson Ripspin at 56lbs. I get sick spin and arc on the ball with these strings.

Tour Bite and Poly Tour Pro together in 1 String?

Crosses strung higher than the mains have always felt poor to me. Lower tension crosses always play better for me.

Tour Bite and Poly Tour Pro together in 1 String?

Try Ytex Square X. It is square profile like tour bite but much softer and solid. Also plays better at lower tensions (52 or lower) and has great tension maintenance.

Poly cross for Natural Gut mains: Textured or Round?

Tour pros get fresh free string jobs all day. Us little mortals don't have that luxury. I don't have the luxury to experiment with really textured crosses because if it does saw into the gut faster, I'm out $24 bucks faster! Hence my poll. I am just curious why the Wilson & Babolat hybrid...

Poly cross for Natural Gut mains: Textured or Round?

As of now, the clear leader is Round. But riddle me this, if round is the consensus and truth, why is it that Wilson and Babolat chose a textured poly in their hybrid sets? (Alu rough & RPM blast) This should be an interesting response.
