Bought my fave stick for $13.52 today

Man I’m so lucky to have found my holy grail took me 40 years to find her but the search is over and has been for the better part of 4 yrs .i use one of if not the absolute flexiest 27 adult frame that’s ever come to retail besides wood frames . What’s even better my racket was advertised and made for the beginning player or the weekend hacker . Who liked tennis but didn’t want to spend a lot of money on it, just to make sure that they liked it, so then on a later date they could go up on the scale to a “ high performance, higher priced frame . Which is a total win win for me
1. It was cheap to begin with
2. People that bought these originally only used them a few times and Laid them down and shortly there after .. to go up to the next better stick . So it usually is still in pristine shape:::: most of the time .. circa 1988:)
I’ve had at least 12 of these at one time or another and they are always spot on with specs always . Unstrung RA -37 . Butter wet noodle as some say but I love it !
And the reason for my post ?
This is the cheapest frame I’ve ever bought that I actually play with 6 days a week. I still can’t believe my strings cost more than my racket !! Yay! Score !! Anyone else found your racket that you really play with for ridiculous prices?

Another Club Pro, eh?
Yes the red sunset one , I’m still on the proverbial hunt for the electric smuf blue one .. out of all the club pros that’s the one that’s sings the best tunes .. I know you retro dug the 1st gen, navy with champagne detail.. but the smurf blue , was the absolutel best one for me .. I know what your thinking .. if your gonna re-paint them then, it’s a moot point but I really do love the subtle nuances of the royal smurf )
I tried the other day with a graphite pro mold head pro SE .. NO STRIPPING OFF the paint did take the head gaurd off and threw out the white brittles...but still that thing is a beast at 12.4 strung ! Sheeesh !,. One day when the man upstairs wants me to have it.... I’m gonna find a head club pro in a SL or maybe a XSL I’ve often wondered if you ever did find a super light one if it’s really just a balance issue . Example being normal head frame strung ways 12.8 oz. 10pts head light and the super light version is 12 oz and 3 pts head light .
Anyway thanks for humoring me retro , I will stop posting about my frames . I’m just so lucky I found these .. I literally thank god for them daily ..

Haven't heard of this. Got a picture?

Is it by Head?

btw, I was playing doubles in the 1980s with some guys, and tried out a stick that was owned by the sister of one of the guy----it was a cheap graphite racquet bought at Wal-Mart. Played tremendously well.

Above is another 1988 head club pro more modernized for today’s world . I love this racket . The above statements are true when this frame came out i was a top junior and I would have never been caught dead playing with a Walmart Kmart racket which is where you could find these . I’m sure they were sold in other pro shops too but they were more for The Weeknd warrior rec type , not for serious players . But talking to a ton of people about this racket I’m learning this was heads by pure luck, kind of equivalent to Dunlop’s max 200g or Rossignols f 200 as far as the soft flex . it’s closer to a Rossi’s flex as Dunlop’s flex was stiffer dependent upon the shot you used . But the head club pro is flexy as wood on every single shot just more power and spin and a bigger sweet spot . So maybe if you enjoyed those rackets you may like this. For me I have to mod this stick very heavily to get it to where I can play my best with it . But it’s awesome and I can’t ever seeing not using it.
