Post Pictures of your Racquets and Tennis Gear

I currently have Prince Synthetic Gut 16 Mains and Solinco Tour Bite Diamond Rough 17 crosses strung at 46. It seems to be a really nice tension. I may even attempt to go lower/higher next time.

Your sweet spot of swing weight and racquet weight

Ditto for me as well. Had a pair of Prince tours matched to these specs (maybe a 335sw) and they were sublime!

An analysis of Weight, Swingweight and Balance for 50 Pros (Men and Women).

Yeah i may need to redo the analysis. Upon further research MOST of those specs are strung... some are unstrung. If i could find a list of Pro specs in an excel document i would do it!

An analysis of Weight, Swingweight and Balance for 50 Pros (Men and Women).

By using what can only be described as a glorified calculator, I have plotted the weight, swingweights and balance points of around 50 professional men and women players. The specs i got were from Greg Ravens site and so will be out of date now. The Specs: Weight (unstrung), Balance...

    What's Your Racket Journey?

I had a brief flirt with a 90 and the 88 but now i just hold on to the 88s i have for selling on since they are pristine. Think i may give the 90 away at some point. Going to keep my 85s for the same reason as the 88s. Could be very valuable in such good condition in a few years.

Did Ball Boy cost Federer the match?

It's not about the disruption. Had the umpire seen and called it, noone would have cared. It's about the fact that Zverev did something which wasn't in the rules of tennis and therefore wrong. Although, i admit, there should be some rule covering a case like that where the umpire has not...

Did Ball Boy cost Federer the match?

Jeez. Its happened now. Zverev played better anyway. Best outcome is that ITF clarify the rules for that given scenario for future situations. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

2018 ATP Finals SF: Federer (2) vs Zverev (3)

Zverev was wrong to stop the point in the first place. One look at the rule book would tell you that he can't. The only person that can stop the point from a distraction from the court is the umpire as that specific scenario is not in the rule book so it is at the discretion of the umpire to see...

Did Ball Boy cost Federer the match?

Clearly what is needed here is for the ATP/ITF to conduct a thorough review of Rule 25 to include a situation whereby an umpire does not observe a clear hindrance and one of the players interrupts the rally calling let. At this point in time, there is no rule for this scenario. The biggest gripe...

2018 ATP Finals SF: Federer (2) vs Zverev (3)

A summation of the days events - Fed played ****e but did enough to keep it close. - Zverev played pretty well (served well). - Zverev did something that was not in the rule books but probably justified - Federer Fans are just as bad as Williams fans.

2018 ATP Finals SF: Federer (2) vs Zverev (3)

The bottom line is that this has never really happened in a televised match before. Its difficult for the umpire to make the right decision in this scenario. Replaying the point was wholly unfair on fed but was probably the right decision given the circumstances. What Zverev did was wrong but it...

2018 ATP Finals SF: Federer (2) vs Zverev (3)

Zverev was quite a distance behind the baseline and was in the process of hitting a running shot whereas fed was near the middle of the court closer to the baseline. Zverev was in the losing position of the rally when he called hindrance. Imagine if zverev was winning the points (or even if the...
