GPro is really a special racket. Head shape is super forgiving. Racket is not too light and not too heavy and it has decent plow already in stock form. And for 100 inch head is super maneuverable. Spin is not a problem as 18x20 pattern is quite open. What more could a man want?

Given the production tolerance, someone can really get about 0 HL. I was lucky and it is tensioned with 1.25 string and overgrip exactly 3 HL. Even though the feel is great and the control is top notch I am slowly transitioning to Gravity Pro. Much more forgiving to play.

I agree, feather (300gr and less) light rackets are not very friendly to volleying. I would add that also a grip size that is too small also causes problems for the execution of a good volley. Nowadays trend to have L0-L2 for men is not good for volleying.

The tour is really great, but once you get Pro in your hands it’s hard to go back on Tour. The balls are suddenly too light with the Tour and more energy is needed for the same effect. In fact, you are tired sooner with Tour than Pro.

You have no choice but to try it in a real match, preferably with a better opponent. In any case, it’s not bad to have one in your bag for when you’re playing for fun and reliving memories of the previous century.

For me, Alu Power is special especially in that even when the tension drops, it’s still great to play. The control remains despite the tension drop. 15 -20 hours is not a problem. There is no need to waste words on the feeling. Just sublime.
