Just because he lost doesn't mean Rome didn't happen.

Poor Medvedev... got destroyed again LOL!!

Oh so he did the reverse this time. He was great in October-February this time but now he sucks again.

Your realistic expectations from Dominic Thiem for RG 2021

As if the Nadal fanbase doesn't root for him to stop Djokovic every time they play.

No one ACTUALLY believes Wawrinka could have defeated a healthy Nadal in the 14 AO Final, right?

Everyone knows it's fake lol. He's not even wearing the same shoes in the photos. But the more you complain about it the more it'll get posted.

No one ACTUALLY believes Wawrinka could have defeated a healthy Nadal in the 14 AO Final, right?

I have Nadal as the favorite, but not enough to hand him the match and say Wawrinka couldn't possibly defeat him.

2020 Western & Southern Open 2R - [5.] Sascha Zverev vs [WC] Andy Murray

Sadly I don't think Rubles is going to mug it up as hard as Street did.

All these threads about Fed’s weak-era slam competition

That contrast is getting slimmer every year though. Since his comeback in 2018, only 2 of his 6 wins came against Fed/Rafa in the final. The argument still holds weight, but it's getting seemingly weaker with each trophy lift.

Between the 4 next slams, bet365 gives Federer the best chance at UO, are they right?

I'd put a larger gap between USO & RG than AO & USO.

Never a more acceptable time for that though. I'm sure Baghdatis understood.

    TTW loves Baghdatis <3

In all seriousness this is one of my favorite tennis memories ever. It was the first time I went out of my way to watch early round action and it did not disappoint.

Murray back on the winning trail

Take your chances when they open up and not hit back down the middle? It's not that complicated. I don't think anyone expects him to be running around every backhand and taking huge cuts on every rally. But he's got to take at least a little more risk in neutral rallies at this stage of his...

Had Roddick played at this level on grass

I think in hindsight we all know there's a decent chance that was what he was feeling inside. I'm just pointing out that's not what he was trying to convey with the quote.

Fed Fans - Who would you rather overtake Federer's slam total?

Doesn't really matter. No poll is valid anyway unless there's a MuryGOAT option.

    Tennis is managed all wrong

Not by millions of professionals the ATP shouldn't care about non-pros.

Fed Fans - Who would you rather overtake Federer's slam total?

How so? I stand by it. I think Djokovic is more GOAT-worthy than Nadal from an accomplishment standpoint (assuming he still wins a few more majors).

Roddick took the greatest Wimbledon champion ever to 5 sets in the final ;)

Had Roddick played at this level on grass

The point of that quote was that he wasn't going to let himself be discouraged by the losses and go away. Fed kept kicking his ass but he kept showing up for more.
