In the past I weighted up a TT100T to as close to 100P specs as I could get it. Definitely liked the 16x18 pattern a little better, but I could never get the balance to feel right so I gave up on it. This new 100 may fit the bill perfectly!!

I use Cyclone 18L (1.15) in a lot of my frames and I can confirm it's awesome!

Has there been any word on twaron models coming out? I know the TT models are coming out in a couple months, but I haven't heard anything about the Phantoms.

I've heard Allegra is working on a new P (Polycongestant) version for those with allergic elbows!

One of my PP100P's was on spec, one was over by 4g, and the PP100 I used to have was under by 3g.

I would say if your name is "The Incredible Hulk" you should probably avoid the Phantom line all together! lol ;)

What about the Prince Beast 100? I haven't played with it, but it sounds like a more arm friendly control oriented alternative.

If you really want to increase plow through put it at 12. When you put lead/tungsten at 3 and 9 it increases the twist weight/stability which is something I don't think this frame really needs. Loweing your string tension will increase the sweet spot a lot more, and increases power as well.

Honestly, almost the entire string bed feels like the sweet spot at that tension. I would have never guessed a poly could feel so comfortable either! Definitely worth a try.

I'd have to second the Prince TT100P as a Speed Pro alternative.

Let us know how it works out! You may or may not remember, but I tried adding weight at first, but ended up removing all of it. I traded the PP100 I had for another PP100P. It came strung with Signum Pro Tornado @35. After hitting with it, I realized that low string weight solved all my issues...

That's entirely possible! Poly string weights are all over the place.

Just get a Prince Tour 100T and weight it to the same spec. I have both models and the 100T plays awesome at that spec! I just added 4g total at 3 and 9 and enough tungsten putty under the butt cap to make it as head light (it's been a while so I can't remember the exact amount).

I tried one of the new Pro Kennex tour 300 models and wasn't impressed at all. It felt stiffer the way Volkl has been going instead of buttery like the Phantoms.

The DSG by me doesn't carry a good selection of racquets either being a smaller store, but the one in Novi, MI is huge and seems to carry everything they offer online.
