When will FO2020 glow dim Rafa fans

It was particularly impressive given the fact that it was a Roland Garros played at a different time of year, with a completely different weather, with new balls, in a new stadium, under a brand new retractable roof. None of these variables matter, Nadal dominated the entire event without...

I really wish this was true. But, something tells me he’s looking at retirement in 2 years max.

If he doubted vs a pidgeon such as Tsisipas he was going to get slaughter by Djokovic in the final. Sometimes it looks like he doesn’t believe he can win anymore.

That purple top is fire, not sure about the shoes. Bright colors look amazing with the red clay as background contrast.

Serena leaves press conference in tears....

Leaving aside her accomplishments, I would personally never put her as an example to follow for a young tennis player.

    Nadal News 2.0

He needs to address the elephant in the room. His self belief fades in critical moments, you’d think he’d pay the best sports psychologist to help him with this, maybe he has already? I don’t know what to think, I’m not upset about the fact that he lost, this is a sport and you can’t win them...

    Nadal News 2.0

This is my take away from the match and many matches since 2017. Matches that he should be closing in straight sets he loses, it's super frustrating as a fan to watch. That third set tie break......what a way to throw away the match.

Rafa fans...why losing before final may be a blessing

Like I said in another thread, everything is ripe for Nadal to beat Djokovic in the final. Flash back to Wimbledon 08 with the trashing inflicted at RG prior to dethroning the then king of grass in his house. If Rafa's body can hold for 3 more matches, the trophy is his. Quote me on this.

Djoker vs Rafa. That is the only Final fans want to see.

Way to sell our boy low. Hasn’t he proved you wrong countless times over the years?

Djoker vs Rafa. That is the only Final fans want to see.

I like Rafa’s chances this year. Djokovic is showing a lot of vulnerability. The scenario is very much like Wimbledon 08, when Rafa was coming from trashing Federer which many agree was a huge mental edge despite Federer’s hegemony at Wimbledon. I’m very much looking forward to a Djokodal...

    Nadal News 2.0

Rafa was making more UEs because he was playing considerably more aggressively, he was ripping the ball from both wings. He was solid, and I particularly liked the fact that he was fired up to get the BPs, he capitalized big time on them. The serve was a bit shaky though, low first serve % and a...

Time to move on: Djoker and Rafa are healthy

I can not understand this rhetoric, I honestly can't. It's like desperately waiting to drive a Corolla when you've been riding on a Ferrari all this time.

    IF Nadal loses to Fogini

Are you really quoting a match that happened 6 years ago during THE worse career year for Nadal? No consideration for form and recent H2H history? The only thing that can cost Nadal the match is his back, that's it. He is not losing to Fognini today if he's healthy.

    Nadal News 2.0

Good news about the improved back pain. Let's hope it only continues to get better as the days pass. Fognini is always a tricky opponent that if he's feeling the ball can give Rafa a headache, the positive is the improved back and the fact that he has won his first 3 matches in straight sets, so...

    Nadal News 2.0

Just watched the highlights and wow what a difference. Rafa is moving much much better and the intensity is back. Curious note, I noticed how Rafa is crushing the ball on the rise off his BH side, reminiscent of Federer’s neobackhand. If he maintains this level and builds off from it from here...

Every time he does not practice serve is a bad sign. Fingers crossed the back cooperates and heals in time to allow him to compete at full strength.

    Nadal News 2.0

Yesterday I saw a sluggish Rafa, he was not moving fluidly. I hate to be captain pessimist here, but I don’t think Rafa will even make it to round 3. I pray I’m proven utterly wrong here and he wins the whole thing!

Every country has something and someone to be proud off. But the fact that Spain has Rafa makes me insanely jealous! :D What an example for EVERYONE, may long live Rafael Nadal the great!

Nadal not happy apropos replacing line judges with Hawk-Eye Live, expresses aesthetic and humanist concerns.

Ironic how YOU are the one that sounds like a whinny little girl. To the reader without a hater's hat on, Nadal was simply stating his philosophical opinion on the human element in sports. To the low IQ hater, he's whining.

    Nadal News 2.0

It is now or never for Rafa to win Paris MS1000. No Djokovic and he's as fresh as he's EVER been. I believe Nadal has never been as successful on indoor as he is on outdoor is not for lack of talent (lol imagine subscribing to this theory when talking about Nadal), but because by the time the...

    Nadal News 2.0

I go back and forth debating what would be more important for Rafa's career and legacy, winning a second AO or a fifth USO, to tie him with Sampras and Federer. I personally would like a second AO simply because he has been so unlucky in Melbourne. We know that would give him something no other...

Poll: Will Djokovic win UO 2020

Now what % of those infected need hospitalization? Exactly. Cases cases cases!!!! mean jack when the percentage of hospitalized is a fraction of a single percentage point. Oh, but don't stop on my account, bottoms up on that kool-aid, bud!
