    Andreescu: Superstar in progress

Nope, but in the vivid imagination of super-excited fans they already shared the next 100 GS titles between them.

You sound like her PR agent. Nope. She's not. It takes a bit more to be a star. She'll be one when she'll back it up with more titles. As of today she's just a fearless teen with an impressive game, a will to win and an IW title.

Yastremska is 18, has an equally good year, and has one title more. Is she a star already?

I personally don't complain. WTA is much more entertaining than ATP at the moment, and I don't really watch men's tennis for that reason. But to call someone just after one tournament a star is premature. That's my point. The girl still has to prove she's here to stay.

So why they're "odd buch" and others all of the certain "stars"?

2019 Indian Wells - WTA Premier Mantadory - General Discussion

WTA has great players right now, the management and PR are awful though. Anyway to say that someone who has won only one big tournament is a star is a bit of exaggeration. Do you still remember who won it 2 years ago without looking in the Wikipedia? We never know what will happen next.

All these UE from Venus on the tie break were really unnecessary  Is this really that infamous Asian lady from the Serena vs Clijsters finale in the background judging the lines??????

Venus playing junk balls to Kerber's backhand is amazing.

    Khachanov similiar to Safin?

Neither is Russian though, Safin is Tatar, Khachanov is Armenian, the difference begins already here.

I just love how Tursunov gives signals for Sabalenka to hit corner to corner, it's a close up on a screen, but no one cares.

She separated herself from her coach, and I though they were a very good team and in all interviews they gave they were praising each other etc. That and her slump are very surprising.

If you feel bad you retire. So probably mind games like that medical timeout in the 1 set.

When Do Future Pros Start Using "Pro-stock" Racquets?

I was volunteering at a ITF Future where the Nr 1 was like 300 in the world, and almost all the players played with pro stocks. Although they don't have endless supply that top players have.

I stake my rubles on Rublev: the official Andrey match watch

Nope, how he could lose the 2 set tie-break after leading 4:1 is beyond men.

Kyrgios still the only young gun that may turn into an ATG

After yesterday’s match I think Zverev is on decline already. It looks also he’s quite delusional about his abilities. But probably I’m wrong. He can have a brilliant doubles career though.

Fedrs 100th title; a doublr edged sword

Every match on tour? He played only two tournaments so far in 2019, and lost once already. And in 2018 his record is 48-10, not too shabby but not brilliant either, he even lost once to a qualifier who literally retires from every other match because of injuries.
