    The best ever tennis tip?

Hit the ball with depth. Even 5.0 and 5.5s can‘t do much with a ball that lands within a foot of the baseline.

    Can Tsitsipass win on Sunday?

I see this as well. Novak will play everything down the middle and wait for Tsitsipas to make a mistake.

What happens if all three of them end up with 20?

Although unlikely the odds of this occurring just went up today.

About the match and the sad truth unfortunately

He continues to lose the explosive speed he once had as well. I felt like he finished more points at the net last year as well. There were many times today where he had Novak stretched out on both sides of the court setting up easy put away volleys however he hung back and allowed him to get...

    Can Tsitsipass win on Sunday?

I don’t think he will be that nervous. Unlike the other youngsters he appears to be the only one that walks into every match expecting to win. As per his upset wins over Nadal and Fed at the AO and almost beating Novak at the FO until he cramped up. Another interesting fact is that all of...

    Golfer's Elbow ?

How effective was this workout and how many times a week did you do it? I'm struggling with GE right now and looking for a solution. thx

    2021 AO R4 - [20] Felix Auger Aliassime vs [Q] Aslan Karatsev

How the majority of people in here think Felix is going to lose in three is an absolute head scratcher?!

If Felix is serving well it will be over in 3 sets

Nadal comments on injury (Spanish to English translation needed)

You would think Sampras and other big servers would have won it more then. You would also think Roddick would have made at least one final. Weird

Nadal comments on injury (Spanish to English translation needed)

How can he get written off so quickly for AO but not USO? Just how different are the surfaces?

Hitting the overhead with a little bit of slice

How common is this? I see Federer does it. What are the benefits vs. completely flat.

Tiring quickly when playing aggressive at net

I could be. I’ve been trying to figure out my breathing for a while but it’s really tough to tell if I’m breathing properly or not. Even in practice all of my focus is on striking the ball as per monitoring my breath.

Tiring quickly when playing aggressive at net

I think that is one of the problems

Tiring quickly when playing aggressive at net

I get more exhausted at the net then I do running down balls at the baseline. Overheads in particular take lot out of me. I was wondering if this could be because my legs are weak and the bending on the volleys and even some overheads are draining me. if so would that cause me to lose energy...

Thiem and Zverev will be laughing stocks

Theim definitely was off. Watch his first couple sets against Rafa at RG in 2019 or their match at the open in 2018 it looks like a completely different player. There was a rumour circulating that Covid had gotten into the bubble and many players were effected however it was covered up. I’m not...

    Breathing properly during a point

I tried skipping yesterday and was gassing out within the first five minutes. From that point on I concentrated on my breathing and finished the next ten minutes without tiring. Im hitting with a 5.0 tomorrow and will be focusing on breathing the entire time. Looking forward to it.

    Breathing properly during a point

I don’t think it’s mental fatigue because I’m panting after longer rallies when my opponent aren’t

    Breathing properly during a point

I’m a 38 yr old 4.5 player who can run 5KM in 23 minutes but find I tire much quicker than all my opponents after an average 8 shot rally. This includes 50 yr olds who are far from skinny. I’ve been told by coaches that I should not get that tired and that my breathing during the point must be...

If no majors are played in 2020 it will crush Novak’s chances of catching Fed

I was not speculating on Novak’s thoughts. I was making a generalized statement on how this will change the landscape of the majors race.

https://au.sports.yahoo.com/millmans-fears-entire-2020-atp-season-001748639--spt.html He will be approaching 34 years old with potentially no competitive matches under his belt in almost 12 months. His style of playing backboard tennis and long points will become harder and harder as he gets...

    Rewatching USO 13 final

Exactly! if you took a 24 yr old Nadal or Federer gave them modern racquet technology and training I think they would dominate today. I can’t say the same about Djokovic unfortunately.

    Shapo's a comin

He has learned how to disguise his toss and even Novak struggled with it. Youzhny has made a huge difference in his game. He could make some real noise this year on the hard courts.

Australian Open is Djokovic's to win or lose

It’s a very important major for him given his odds of winning the French are slim at best and a lot can happen between now and Wimbledon/USO. If he hopes to catch Fed’s major record I would consider this a must win especially given that Tsits, Shapo and Medvedev will only continue to get better.

    Bianca Andreescu!

This continues to happen. The writing is on the wall for a very short career unfortunately. Sad.
