Anybody have tried to bring 12 tennis bag on a flight?

Absolutely agree with you. However, when I travelled I had 6 racquets with me in the middle pocket and gear in the side pockets so it wouldn't fit in the overhead bin. Now granted it wouldn't fit because I was always in one of the last groups to board hence no overhead space for a large bag. I...

Anybody have tried to bring 12 tennis bag on a flight?

I have in the past and was eventually forced to check it in. Best advice is either find a smaller bag or wrap your racquets in bubble wrap and maybe add some towels to protect them from being thrown around. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

Poll: Is rescheduling RG the right step?

Me personally I have always felt that the French Open should be the first slam of the year followed by Wimbledon, Australian Open, and ending with the US Open. Australian open to kick off the hard court season and US to end it. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

Volkl Cyclone Yellow vs pink vs black

I agree with you. By the way have you tried out and compared the cyclone tour to the original pink cyclone string?

Volkl Cyclone Yellow vs pink vs black

I would have to disagred because within the top ten only 2 people play with strings that have dyed a specific color. Rafa and Tsonga play with RPM with the rest play with Luxilon. The color doesn't have that much of a direct effect on the ball in tems of spin potential. The dye affects...

Correction, you sir are the troll.

Volkl Cyclone Yellow vs pink vs black

False color does not affect the spin potential of a string. The shape and gauge of the string affects spin potential. Good try though, but you almost got away with sounding like you have any idea what you are talking about.

Volkl Cyclone Yellow vs pink vs black

RDIS 10093, I completely agree. However, the perfect example is Babolat RPM and Babolat Pro Hurricane Tour. RPM is a carbon copy of Pro Hurricane Tour just different colors.

Volkl Cyclone Yellow vs pink vs black

Of alk the sets of cyclone which do you rank as the best? I am really interested in the cyclone tour because of Chris ranks it at the same level as ALU Rough, which just so happens to be the string I am teying to get away from (my wallet is angry at me for using rough).

    Ytex Strings

Has anyone tried their protour line of strings?

    Ytex Strings

Well I was looking theough their website and was impressed by their wide selection of polys and the price maxing out at 105. I am sucker for colored string as well, especially for the price.

Which strings did you test from Ytex?

    Ytex Strings

I was recommended this brand of strings from one of my former students who now plays for Florida Atlantic University and from one of the USPTA conferences I went to last year. I just ordered a few sets of the strings and am wondering if anyone else on hear has heard or tried them out. The have...

    Biomimetic Max 200G

Do you know how this racquet stacks up against the Prestige Pro.

Can a poly/co-poly perform well on both flat and spin???

Teo other strings I would recommend are Solinco Tour Bite and Solinco Barb Wire both generate a ridiculous amount of spin, but the only difference is that the Barb Wire is a bit more comfortable to hit with it terms how soft it is compared to Tour Bite.

    Crosses with Tour Bite?

I use Prince Synthetic Gut with DuraFlex 17g and it lasts me about 15-20 hours depending if I am hitting regularly with the juniors in the academy of not. Another setup I use is Solinco Barb Wire 17 with PSG DF 17, which lasts me even longer. Both setups I string at 56lbs all the way through...

Any Love for the Dunlop Bio 500 Tour?

I demoed the racquet before settling with the Dunlop 200 Plus. It is a great racquet and has great touch. A bit Sluggish at the net because of the balance (1 to 2 points head heavy) but the ground strokes pack a massive punch. It does have great control, but the power is there when you need...

    Best Multifilament

The reason I left out Xcel and Premier is because both feel like mush I hit and bruise way to easily when I string them.

    Best Multifilament

So after all the hype of trying different poly strings I have decided that there is nothing better in this world than a full bed of mutli/synthetic gut strings. For sake of argument price is no option. Wanted to know what are the best multi/synthetic gut strings in terms of spin, lively, and...

Kirschbaum Pro Line II - The Best Poly?

Thank you for the info. Actually felt better in a Full bed setup, but now I am confused because I have narrowed my search to two sets of strings and do not know which one to go with. I have Tour Bite 17 and the Pro Line Evolution. Both feel great and generate plenty of spin. I tried to go...

Solinco Tour Bite, Revolution, and True Feel Review

I personally prefer the Tour Bite over the Barb Wire because it grabs the ball so much more. I have been searching for the perfect poly and I found it in Tour Bite 17. The Barb Wire is a great string but I feel it does not grab as much and as a result does not generate as much spin. I have...

    MULTI strings Advice

Have you considered Prince Synthetic Gut with Duraflex because to me this is by far one of the synthetic gut strings on the market along with Wilson NXT or Tecnifibre X-One Biphase. The Prince may not have quite the same feel as the X-One or NXT but it does last longer and to me grips the ball...

Kirschbaum Pro Line II - The Best Poly?

Well my question is how the Proline II feels in a hybrid setup compared to a stiffer poly like Tour Bite or Big Banger Rough. Does it feel like a full bed of synthetic gut or does it still the crisp poly feel?
  27. tennisaddict2223

    Best Solinco String??

I have tried all four sets of Solinco and I think that Tour bite is by far the best of the four. The spin production and power Tour bite provides is amazing without sacrificing any control, but best of all the feel of it is sublime. It feels great when strung throughout the entire racquet, but...

Kirschbaum Pro Line II - The Best Poly?

Have you played with Proline II in a hybrid setup and do you recommend going full poly over a hybrid on the Proline II like michaelscoots does? Will say though I like your comparison of the string turning into rocketlaunchers, had a good laugh from that comment thank you.

Ahh the perks of playing college tennis how I miss it so. Do you currently play with Proline II and also would like to hear what you have to say about Evolution.

Kirschbaum Pro Line II - The Best Poly?

So do you know this as a fact because you have play tested it? Seems to me you are just repeating the information tennis warehouse has posted about the string, no offense.
