Does anyone know on the vcore 100 whether it is 6h or 7h that is used for the crosses starting knot? Thanks!

Fritz is on against Thiem. Is it just me or Fritz is really playing with an old radical twin tube (candycane?)?

    Stan's USO Yonny

Just a fantastic frame imo. I have been playing with it for 2 years now. With some lead in the hoop and handle, and yptp 1.20, it performs really great. I got a bunch from a reputable seller that operates on the bay (and on a well-known string website that is used for the grey market). Once...

After reading the glowing reviews here I am considering getting some TC95, I got so curious about these frames! I currently play with Yonex 95D, grip size 2. I do not consider switching rackets as I play great with the 95D, leaded to 364r with og and dampener. In particular the handle feels...

    The Cult of PT57

Head doesn't seem to care at all about our side of the market, and it rather leaves this to the gray market. Instead Head prefers to focus only on those who are (i) very sensitive to the marketing gimmicks and (ii) insensitive to playing with cheap materials, stiffer+lighter=crap, bad production...

Thank you vs. It was a tough decision though. Getting some great frames at an inflated price (and with various specs that one has to adjust ex-post) or sending my children to college :)) All worth it in the end!

    Question regarding PT57A

Most of today's frames are like yesterday's kids frame (in terms of weight)! But you're right, the best is an hairpin at 280g or so. A racket at 310g stock is already a bit much, but you can still do great things. Enough room for a bunch of silicone and lead. By the way, nice videos, solid...

    Question regarding PT57A

btw, any comment on the climate/temperature sensitive issue with the PT57A. Someone mentioned it. VSbabolat, do u have some insights to share on that?

    Question regarding PT57A

It does feel brick wall solid indeed! But I have had other rackets at such weights (with silicone and lead), and I never had the same solid feel than with the PT57A. To also answer your comment, I just don't think that racket is made to work at a low 320g.

Average swing and static weight of pro player racquets?

Strung or unstrung? I find it surprising that it could be 330 strung. If I try to return a serve coming at more than 200km/h with a 330 strung racket, yeah the racket is likely to lack stability...

    Question regarding PT57A

I have never tried a customized mg rad mp so I cannot comment on that. But although I find the PT57A not to be an easy racket to play with, I have never tried anything which plays like it. Awesome frame for those who can use it! I agree with you that it needs to be heavily customized. Mine are...

    VCore Tour F

Still using the F93. Really great stick. Way too light in stock form though. My set-up, Double strips (so 8 strips total) of lead at 3 and 9, 11 cm each. And single strip at 11' and 1'. Lead on the handle underneath the grip. Total strung weight with OG and dampener, 354g, balance roughly at...
