    Are there any <$80 tennis shoes out right now that are durable and good for hardcourts, but also are comfortable as running shoes? I've tried running in nike air resolves but my shins started to hurt, so i need tennis shoes with a lot of cushion.

    when i mess around in practice and hit 1handed, i find that the key is to take the ball way in front and too much wrist action will start to hurt after a while, so pay attention to that. however, im not expert on a one handed backhand at all so you dont really need to listen to me i guess.

    use an eastern backhand grip and hit the ball when it's super low. VERY CAREFULLY if you're a guy. (i've never had the guts to fully commit to this shot)

    it really depends who im playing, if it's someone that could punish a return, i usually go for a bigger flat first serve, if there's no threat, i try to kick both in.

    smallest sweetspot of any 98" i've ever played with, but it's so good once you get the hang of it. control and spin, and you can take full swings on every shot and they'll land nice and deep, and at the net it's very manuverable. i added a few grams of lead at 10 and 2 for a heavier feel.

    30+ mph winds are like tropical storm force winds....anyway, my suggestion would be to flatten out your shots and compinsate for the direction and force of the winds, play the numbers and hit to the middle of the court, if your opponent consistantly hits winners off of your shots in these kinds...

    i usually hit a short angle forehand on the run, so most of them come from me whipping the follow-through over my head, or at least ending very high so the motion creates enough topspin to dip it in the service box corner.

    Kick serve tips

    biggest tip i ever got on the 2nd serve is to keep the wrist and arms almost completely relaxed and execute a good shoulder turn, the relaxed wrist will provide spin and the shoulder turn will produce power. (plus knee bend is the foundation)
