    Head MXG 1

I currently use the Blade 98 CV 18x20, which I really enjoy a lot. I always liked the predictable response I got from the Blade. The one area where I have never liked the Blade that much was on serve, but I always had a strong serve so I never worried much about it (especially transitioning from...

    Head MXG 1

The MXG1 is a really solid stick actually. Don't care much for the way it looks (like most others!), but I have really enjoyed hitting with our demo at the club I work at. Big hitters can swing out fine on it, though it's not as low powered as a racquet such as the prestige. It provides very...

    Racquet Customization Services

Hmm, has his website been down for very long? Or is it just a temporary thing? Of course, if you have no idea, then ignore these questions! Maybe he will see this thread himself.

    Racquet Customization Services

Already have a scale and a balance board. Done the best I can, there is still different feels due to swing weight and such. Unfortunately, I am not around a shop with a RDC machine.

    Racquet Customization Services

I am not a professional player, and definitely do not get treatment like that! haha I am a D1 college player, so all I get is the frames (plus other goodies of course). Customization, if needed, is up to myself.

    Racquet Customization Services

I do know how to customize (as I have already customized them), and know about the TWU calculators. I just want them to be a little more accurate so that when I go on court I do not have to worry about that as a variable. More of a mental thing than anything haha. Thank you for your feedback...

    Racquet Customization Services

Hey guys, sorry to bring this thread back up, but I actually have the same question as the OP. I was unfortunately told by Tennis-Warehouse that they can only offer customization services for racquets bought through them. I am sponsored by Babolat, so obviously I got my racquets directly from...

    Do you applaud opponents winners?

I'm a college tennis player, and I still will say 'nice shot' or clap my hand on my racquet. At that level, players do not change their strategy based on saying 'nice shot'. They do not get more confident and play better or get overconfident and start making errors by trying to produce that shot...

    T Fight 315?

Received my 4 racquets (and other goodies) from Tecnifibre this week, so I am experimenting with lead setups before my college season begins! The Yonex setup feels pretty good. It makes the racquet feel very solid, and hits a heavy ball. I do not think I will stick with it as I did not like it...

    Dampener advice

The Tecnifibre Vibra Clip is amazing. It has never fallen off while playing for me in 2+ years of using the dampeners. It is also only 2 grams. I personally do not think any other dampener is nearly as good as this one. Welcome to the forums!

Cheapest but best place to get racquet customized?

Haha. I meant more of not saying who is fairly cheap but still good quality. I know the cheapest will not be the best out there!

Cheapest but best place to get racquet customized?

Thanks for the help guys! Sounds like TW offers the best deal. I will definitely get in contact with the customer service department soon. Also, thank you TennisCJC for the detailed response. That tool probably works great...however I have a problem trusting those things (or maybe myself doing...

Cheapest but best place to get racquet customized?

There is no local store in order to figure out an accurate swingweight. trust me, I would have been there already. I just want to know a good professional place to do it to make sure everything is accurate. On all my previous racquets I have done my own customizations. I know how to do a lot...

Cheapest but best place to get racquet customized?

I do a lot of my own lead tape jobs and stuff, or have so far. However, I lack a machine to give me swingweight information and stuff so I need someone else to do it. I am very particular about my racquets, and I am a college tennis player so I want it very precise.

Cheapest but best place to get racquet customized?

I am wanting my racquets to be matched and customized. I am on a budget so I want to know what the cheapest (but best quality) place would be to get my racquets matched. Thanks!

    T Fight 315?

I hit a lot with a demo of the 16M version (with a poly string), and I have fallen in love with the racquet. This was my second time hitting with it, first time with a poly (which is all I play with) It seems to be the perfect match for me. It is easy on the arm but does not give at all, it...

30 frames in 6 years with notes

We should probably all take notes like this with the frames we try out. It is probably extremely useful.

    *** T-Fight Club***

That is okay with me that they are underrated! The past 2 years with my 325's have been great. I am in need of new racquets now, but I have loved having the 325's.

    *** T-Fight Club***

Are there many of you guys that are getting the Tec 305 and customizing it up to around 12 ounces strung? It is something that I am considering. The 305 leaves a lot more room to match racquets and customize them than the 325 does.

Racquets similar to TFight VO2 Max 325

Okay cool. So there is a nice balance between the spin potential of open string patterns, and the control of closed string patterns? Also, serving is very important to me. I know the Tenniswarehouse review rated the serve high with this racquet. Do you find that to be true as well?

Racquets similar to TFight VO2 Max 325

Tecnifibre has the same type of grip shape, so I am cool with it. That was one that I thought, based off of the specs I would probably like a lot actually. Definitely one of the ones I am considering. Thank you for the suggestion!

Racquets similar to TFight VO2 Max 325

Thank you for the response! I am really looking for modern racquets, as college player packages are only for racquets that are out currently!

Racquets similar to TFight VO2 Max 325

What racquets are fairly similar to the 325 VO2 Max racquet, but has more spin potential and a little more feel? As far as string patterns go, I do not mind 16x19 (Probably would prefer it) however I do not want it to be an overly open 16x19 string pattern (like people say the 320 is) Also, I...

    Angell TC95 question

They did make some new strings that are not on the site currently. So to me, if they are still making some new products, then I do not see them completely shutting it down. I have no idea what he will do about the racquet part if you guys are right that he is only using old stock racquets. I...

    Angell TC95 question

Dave M, it would be one package of wristbands from Tecnifibre. haha so one for each wrist. I do not know all of the specifics between Angell and Vantage (really I do not know anything, I just know that they split for whatever reason), but I do not believe Vantage is going out of business though.

    Angell TC95 question

Not yet! No, it is because I am playing college tennis next season, and so I am to sort of market Vantage a little bit. So they are not getting out of business. At least not right now anyways.
