    Head Velocity

While your elbowis in pain, I would go with the softest setup you can tolerate. Also would recommend a flexbar, not to mention medical advice. Once elbow pain really sets in, it can take an annoyingly long time to get over it. I may ask, why transitioning from dr 98 to 100? If power was the...

    Head Velocity

i have only used cream and yptp, but velocity is significantly softer than either and a little harder to control, though certainly not a rocket launcher. based on my experience with cream, which is one of the softest polys, multis and polys do not have any overlap. if your arm hurts or you do...

length added by different butt caps

I recently switched out the buttcap on an old rebel 95 to the current green one sold by tw so I could use the trap door , and it is now a few mm longer than my other one. I made sure it is flush with the foam pallet. Got me wondering if there are slightly longer and shorter butt caps currently...

    NRG2 16 - weight and SW addition ?

perhaps reading carefully is not your strong suit, or perhaps or you have been trolling throughout this thread. I am assuming it is the latter, but I guess we will never know. . .

    NRG2 16 - weight and SW addition ?

(assuming your comments were made in earnest) @Happi mentioned a 10-point SW difference. That is equivalent to 3 grams added at 12 o'clock. If you are already playing close to your comfortable SW limit, 10 more points can make the difference between a racquet you can play well with over 3 sets...

Hey Prince! Reissue the exo3 rebel 95 please!!

I have a Japanese-spec(310g unstrung; flexy) 2008 (more ambitious paintjob) and a standard-spec 2012(yellow). The 2008 is weighted up to a little over 340g strung with ~ 330 sw. I think the usa/europe 2008 model was even heavier with a higher sw.

    NRG2 16 - weight and SW addition ?

I also found Isospeed control and professional classic to be light(I think it was ~12-13g last time I measured). I was initially surprised because tennis industry mag's playtest(http://www.tennisindustrymag.com/articles/2007/11/isospeed_professional_classic.html) had listed professional as...

Hey Prince! Reissue the exo3 rebel 95 please!!

Though I like the rebel enough to know I would buy a couple reissues, I can only plead ignorance on the hybrid tour - did it have a similarly flexy beam? specs look fairly similar otherwise.

Hey Prince! Reissue the exo3 rebel 95 please!!

for me, the feel of the oports combined with the 18x20 pattern , head shape, and flex on the 95 feels just right, but the 98 also looks like a great racquet. It would be nice to have a more user friendly but similar feeling racquet in the bag for times when I run out of steam.

Hey Prince! Reissue the exo3 rebel 95 please!!

This is such a great feeling and unique frame, and becoming hard to find in good condition. I really like my ats 95, but the rebel is on another level. If you can reissue the diablo and synergy, could you do this one too?? If it is not too much to ask, could you make it gloss black with black...

    NRG2 16 - weight and SW addition ?

lightest copoly is likely whatever comes in the thinnest gauge. ptp, hyper g, and.cyclone all come in 18, and there are 19 and 20 gauge strings out there. my guess is nrg 16 is comparable to a 17g or 18g poly. nrg is not listed, but the tennis industry magazine playtests often list weight...

Transition from EZone 98 (reset in racquet journey and advice needed)

I also went from a dr 98 to the hd and developed arm pain. I found the hd felt nice and flexy on good contact but harsh off center, but it could have just been that it felt harsh bc my arm was already headed for injury when I switched. either way, I got a flexbar and reluctantly changed...

Tennis Warehouse Playtest: Prince ATS Textreme Tour Family

going to a lighter gauge string will reduce swingweight. have not used lynx, but i think there should be a sw difference significant enough to notice between 16g and 18g. probably will not do much about the high launch angle, but a more maneuverable racquet will be easier to add spin with

    Prince Official - Racquets

not to downplay the impact of strings, which can be huge, but does sw feel like it is the same between your racquet and demo? at the risk of stating the obvious, 5 pts or more of a difference could have a noticeable effect on comfort and power.

Why can’t Yonex bring back the Ezone DR 98?

my guess is lighter and stiffer sells more units overall. on the other hand, why the tour wasnt just a dr with an extra 5g does not make sense to me.

Maximum Comfort + Durability in a Multi

Don't be afraid to string it high. I like it at around 58 lbs in a full bed. It takes a few rallies to break in and then sweet spot opens up.

Maximum Comfort + Durability in a Multi

isospeed control classic and professional classic for comfort. control classic definitely the more durable of the two and not bad durability wise for a multi IME, but it might break quickly in an open pattern- I have only used in 95-97 inch fairly flexible racquets. good price.

general Prince O-port sound and feel, or just mine?

I recently bought an old Japanese Rebel 95 (AFAIK, same basic layup as US version but 310 unstrung) on on a whim and restrung it. It was a bit low on power (adding weight this weekend), but the sound it made on flat serves and forehand drives was really nice. Really loud. The sensation was...

    Prince Official - Racquets

I have not played with the 98, but I also think the ATS 95 is great. The sweet spot feels ample, and I wouldn't want to give up any more control or want a thicker beam. I added a little weight, and at 348 strung and 324 SW, it still feels very maneuverable.
