Why did Nike discontinue the Flyknits for the Vapor shoes?

Yeah but they didn't replace it with another product, they just took it out, now they just sell regular Vapors. I really liked the black and orange ones, they were the first one I got. Luckily I found a second pair on ****, the red one Federer wore for the US open, they were the standard price...

Why did Nike discontinue the Flyknits for the Vapor shoes?

I'm a big fan of Flyknits for both the running and tennis shoes. I noticed that they aren't in the lineup for this year. Any insight on why they decided to not continue it for this year? I'm now scrambling to find ones from the last year in my size without paying a premium.

Is Babolat Pure Aero the new line for the Aero Pro's?

Crushes the ball makes it seem like it's more of a Pure Drive? It's the names that confuse me lol, it combines two of their previous product line's names into this one (the pure drive and the aeropro), but the design totally looks like it's supposed to be a continuation of the Aeropro line. I...

Is Babolat Pure Aero the new line for the Aero Pro's?

Hi, tried Googling around but didn't find a concrete answer. I've been using the Aero Pro's for awhile. I haven't looked into rackets for awhile, but saw that there is the Pure Aero line. Is this the new name for the Aero pro's? Also, has anyone moved on from the Aero pro's onto other rackets...

Any bay area tennis players here? Want to get a group started.

I feel like the bay area has a big amount of tennis players, and I wanted to just start a facebook group or something that would allow us to meet easier to be able to hit. I wish I could be more involved and join a tennis club or USTA, but I'm just so busy that I can't consistently commit to...

Sort of, they have the OOP for current tournaments, but I'm looking for past tournaments.

Is there a website that keeps previous Order of Plays around?

It just struck me that keeping the Order of Plays from days I've been to tournaments would be a nice thing to have around, any idea if any place has them hosted anywhere?

Tips for going to the BNP Paribas Open?

I'm going to the tournament for the first time, any tips on anything there, like seeing players practice or any places to check out? I'm going the first weekend both sessions, so I'll pretty much be there the whole day both days.

Where to search for tennis tickets? Looking for BNP Paribas tickets.

Thanks everyone! Damn looks pricey, guess I'll have to fork over the cash though.

Where to search for tennis tickets? Looking for BNP Paribas tickets.

I'm going to be there the first weekend, and I have tickets for night session on the first Saturday and the day and night session Sunday. The general admission tickets for Saturday in the day are sold out through the official website. Where is a good place to find anyone that might be selling...

What has Becker done for Djokovic's game?

That was 4 years ago....he fixed up his serve the year after that when he had his dominating run.

What has Becker done for Djokovic's game?

Anyone remember how Djokovic used to play when he won his first slam in 08? Pretty different from now, he was a much flatter hitter and he did come up to net, he was pretty aggressive back then....how did he change so much? It's interesting to see, don't know how a top player like Djokovic...

What has Becker done for Djokovic's game?

I think he has come in more, but I don't think the success rate has gotten better at net. He definitely gets comfy coming in in early round matches, but he isn't going to come in playing a top player. Also, he mised a couple of smashes last night against Murray, so he hasn't really improved...

What has Becker done for Djokovic's game?

The other previous player coaches are more apparent (Federer/Edberg, Cilic/Ivanisevic, Nishikori/Chang, Raonic/Ljubicic, etc.), but what about Djokovic/Becker? Djokovic himself says its more mental, but he's been pretty shaky mentally throughout the year. Even in his Wimbledon win this year, he...

Is there some program to stay with other people at tennis tournaments?

Well, Federer is the main reason for me going lol, wanna watch him live before he retires.

Is there some program to stay with other people at tennis tournaments?

lol but seriously, any programs like this? Maybe my original post may have sounded creepy or the original replier was just joking around haha, but I just want to save money.

Is there some program to stay with other people at tennis tournaments?

Not like homesharing, but at least partner up to rent a hotel room together. I'm planning on going to Indian Wells next season, but not sure if anyone wants to join me. But I want to keep costs down and get a room with someone lol.

Is there a huge difference when playing with regular and plus sized rackets?

    Ohhh okay thanks for clarifying
  24. RCizzle65

Is there a huge difference when playing with regular and plus sized rackets?

Oops, I meant length wise, like how the plus versions of Babolat rackets are .5 inches longer in length.

Is there a huge difference when playing with regular and plus sized rackets?

Oh yeah, guess I should throw out some specs lol. I don't think I really need the extra height for serve, I'm 6' tall. I go semiwestern on the forehand, and I have a two handed backhand, my right hand is at the eastern position and the left hand is semiwestern, so pretty conventional. Any other...

Is there a huge difference when playing with regular and plus sized rackets?

I stuck with buying a plus sized racket since my first racket was a Prince racket that was 27.5 in length. Now I use Babolat AeroPro rackets, and I've always bought the plus sized ones. Would it make a difference if I got a regular one?

    Is Nadal cursed or Federer?

Yeah his game style should be perfect for the Australian Open courts, but he always seems to be injured at this time of year.
