It is, but his pair are also pretty beat from 2 years of 12+ hours per week of use. Lots of paint chips and graphite scrapes. I figure it’s best to get them while I can as he doesn’t care for the v8 feel.

The IG radical mp is one I love to hit with. I have one that is weighted to match my UPs and it’s suck a cool frame, and I like the PJ on it a lot. I never hit the pro, but it’s probably great in the 16x19 too. Actually, probably better.

Remember this injury was in 2008, so a lot may have changed, but I had a shoulder surgery then that was for a AC separation and was out under GA. I can’t imagine a SLAP tear would be local. I’ve been under general 5 times for surgeries related to injury and haven’t noticed any ill effects.

In all fairness, I never listed mine because my wife loves it. She has a different style than I do, and she said for her it’s easy power. She just lets the weight in the head come through and can crush the ball with it. I like it from the baseline, but my approach shots and net game suffer.

291.2 is the modern shaped beam (do they call it D beam?) instead if box beam. This is mold that the current tour and previous Pro had. It’s a true 95 and a fantastic mold. I’m unsure which layup that one is, I just know the touch is TGT291.7

For what it’s worth, the 12.8 kid has already committed to a top 5 D1 school and spends summers on euro ITF Juniors. Also looked him up and he’s a 13.1 now. Kids insane to watch hit though. Karue travels with Giron and is his hitting partner. He was on camera several times at the AO.
