The coaches or team communications staff report upcoming match details to the ITA website. The ITA encourages the teams to provide their entire schedule once it is known. Unfortunately, that doesn't always happen.

WTN Pro Zone Update: The ITA website can now display WTNs for players not in the top 500 ATP/WTA rankings.

That is a display bug that has previously been reported to our system developer. The wrongfully declared loss does not impact WTN or ITA rankings.

Yes, a WTN number is being calculated behind the scenes so opponents get credit in their WTN for their win or loss against players marked as Pro Zone.

All Pro Zone players (with ATP/WTA points) have a WTN. The WTN for the Pro Zone players is not being displayed on the WTN website. We hope this policy changes within the next few weeks.
