Okay, I missed write, but I did think of "they're". As another poster has said, it depends on how these words are pronounced in your country. Your kids are lucky to have a mother like you, my folks never played any games with me. All I got was "Do your homework, kid!" :)

    Best movie you ever watched

Excellent post. Reminds me of the "thru the eyes of the victim" : Blood Diamond, Passion of Christ, and also Grave of Fireflies and Barefoot Gen, movies which racked me - but I do wonder how the casual user sees it. Does it touch them deeply or not ?

    Vijay Amritraj

Oh btw, Vijay is pronounced quite close to "Vee jay" , so its not anywhere close to what you guys were insinuating. (Actually, the "vee" is not stressed, its more like "vidge", and the "y" also pronounced.) Most foreign commentators (Brits or Americans) would use the easy way and say "V J", or...

So you are saying that Brits do not pronounce the "h" in historical. They say "Istorical" ? These are very good books I speak of, typically in the foreword, or preface, I see "an historical perspective" etc. I thought "till" was the informal form of until.

I liked Forrest Gump and Castaway ... Shawshank, Schindler's List, The Pianist (I am a sucker for holocaust movies), Sophie's choice, It's a wonderful life (saw the second half on telly), Life is Beautiful, Blood Diamond, ... I remember many of the oldies such as "Mr Smith goes to Washington"...

Cindy, I see "an historical" in so many books. Is "an" correct with "historical" ? I did not follow the till/til thing. Never heard of "til" until now -- well, its a seed in India, but not an English word I know of. (I am not a native English speaker).

I am not sure I will take too much from that match with Niko. Especially after being down 2-5 in the first. Perhaps he's lucky he was facing Denko. Let's see how long he holds onto this position....

Look fellers, if Roger Federer is #3 then this has to be the strongest era ever. Top 3 guys are multiple slam winners. #4 is a future multiple slam winner. #13 and #77 are also slam winners. See, 73 slamless guys are ahead of a slam winner. Phew! This is a super-strong era.
