Rafa back to CB 4.3's at Aussie Open

There is enough air cushioning for people like us, but for Nadal, it might not be, because of his bad knees.

Are you sure you have the men's version of the LB? The men's version is laser red (not crimson btw). You might have the women's version of the LB, which is pink.

    Official Nike Lunar Ballistec Thread

I don't know why people are still discussing the difference between the _custom_ build shoes for Nadal with the shoes that are available for public. Nadal has always used custom build shoes and the Lunar Ballistec obviously wasn't build for Nadal. If you factor Nadal out of the Lunar Ballistec...

They still are, but now the Ballistec also is a speed oriented shoe, but with a bit better durability (hence the higher price (with all those "tech")). The only shoe with "best" durability Nike has, are the Air Max Cage now.

    Replacement For Courtballistic 4.3

I guess you could try the Adidas Barricades? Those comes close to the Courtballistec, next to the Air Max Cages. The new Lunar Ballistec is nothing like the old Courtballistec.

It seems like the white/crimson Lunar Ballistecs are delayed. No idea when they will become available. They have also been removed on the NikeStore website.

I'm guessing it's between Zoom Air and Max Air.

    Official Nike Lunar Ballistec Thread

My question seems to be answered: After this playtest, Chris is ready to say that this is favorite shoe he's tested (even better than the Vapor 9). They do sit lower to the ground than the past Ballistecs, but not quite as low as the Vapor. Andy, TW

    Official Nike Lunar Ballistec Thread

In the review of the women's version: Brittany - "It is very similar to the Nike Vapor 9 Tour and the Asics Gel Solution Speed shoes. All these shoes are light weight, comfortable and have about average durability. I would say the Vapor 9 Tour is slightly lower to the ground than the Lunar...

Official Nike Zoom Vapor 9.5 Thread

I'm a huge fan of the Vapor 9 myself. I really love the design. I have the Vapor 9.5, but I'm thinking about trading it for the Lunar Ballistec. First I'll tell you my impression about the 9.5: These shoes are _exactly_ the same as the Vapor 9, so if you love the 9, you'll love the 9.5 even...

Nike Men's Lunar Ballistec Shoe Review is up!

Well, looks like the Lunar Ballistec is the next Vapor version, since it has the major advantages the Vapor has: lightweight and comfort!

I couldn't help myself, the white version of the Lunar Ballistec looks so sick. I ordered it. I know it's expensive, but I saved for new tennis shoes, since I don't buy them every year. Although I don't see the perforations in the upper in the picture, I hope they do exist, else my feet will...

Did anyone noticed the pictures on retail shops of the Lunar Ballistec doesn't show the ventilation holes in the uppers at the front of the shoe, like it does in the pictures posted here by Sinner?

    New Nike Aust Open gear

I too am doubting to switch to Lunar Ballistec: The reasons I went to Vapor 9 were: - Feet lower to the ground with Zoom Air - Lightweight - Superb ventilation, even in heat, because of mesh - Comfortable fit Now with the Lunar Ballistecs, they have the same advantages as the Vapor 9(.5) and...

    New Nike Aust Open gear

There are barely any differences between the Vapor 9 and 9.5! Everything is basically the same except for the reskinned upper (and with a different fabric, which you can see clearly at the heel side), which I think is a good thing, since it looks more durable than the Vapor 9 upper.

    New Nike Aust Open gear

Can anyone tell if the Lunar Ballistecs are "closer to the ground" compared to the Air Max Ballistecs? One of the reason I choose for Vapor 9 instead of Air Max Ballistecs were because the Zoom Air made your feet feel like it almost touched the ground, so that I had more "grip" to the ground...

    New Nike Aust Open gear

Actually, looking at the new Nadal shoes, they look pretty good to me! I thought there are no ventilation since the shoe looked pretty much isolated everywhere from the sides. But looks like they did added some holes on top of the shoe. Alas, I already ordered the red Vapor 9.5

    Nike RF polo sizing

Hey guys, Been a fan of Nadal's crews of 2011 (got his AO2011, RG2011 and USO2011 crews). I want to switch to polo's now, liking Federer's polo's of Roland Garros 2012. But I was wondering if anyone know how the sizing is of those polo's (compared to the crews)? True to size or a bit...

    Vapor 9.....what's up??

Any news about this yet? I have bought my pair at NikeStore.com. I called them that my shoes are marking the courts and they told me I can send them back for any reason and they will refund me. But the problem is: I love these shoes! Is there any word if all the Vapor 9 shoes are marking...

Why do nike shoes increase in price every year?

In Europe, or Netherlands at least, they always are 125 euro every year. But we have enough reliable and good internet shops that sells them for around 110 euro.

Nike Courtballistec 4.3 vs Nike Zoom Vapor 9 Tour

I thought the Vapor 9 are designed for comfortable? So you would feel less pain in a CB than a V? Anyway, I'll get my pair of V9 tomorrow probably, so I can't wait to try them out!

Nike Courtballistec 4.3 vs Nike Zoom Vapor 9 Tour

I checked out my CB3.3's again. I've played 11 tournaments with it and a dozen of tennis practices. No signs of wear down. Only at the sole at the heel section a little bit. Always landing on the back of my foot. So I dunno if that says anything about the CB3.3 being that durable or that I'm a...
