    Artengo TR 990 Pro

Few weeks ago I watched TR 990 Pro. I'm really curious and wants this racquet. Not similar compared to Pure Drive or Pure Aero, no any relationship or similarity. Other fact how I thinking about how I had last time brand new racquet when I was 7, than all other was used one. I wants something...

Next step after Pro's Pro Challenger?

Hmm, interesting, but here do not have local tennis shop, home stringers and two gym offers stringing, one from this two is owned by former WTA doubles no.1 Timea Babos's family, they are bought a new machine instead of a really old Prince one which had only one clamp. So this is not a good...

Next step after Pro's Pro Challenger?

I bought an used Pro's Pro Challenger machine almost a year ago how I can stringing mostly for friends and myself, but I think I will outgrowing this machine in the future. I hope during the first year I reaching a hundred of racquets, and this year will be better, maybe rising to 200-250. I...

String for Wilson Pro Staff 97

I done a mistake for long time, because I used my drop weight machine wrong, checked scale on wrong side of weight, and this made 5 kgs difference. Coming from this mistake I played with Yonex Poly Tour Pro 1.25 @ 18 kgs (40 lbs) and Grapplesnake Neon Dust hybrid was 16/17 kgs (35/37 lbs). But...

String for Wilson Pro Staff 97

Earlier I done a faulire with my drop weight machine, because I readed weight on right side of weight, not the left. About this fail I played a half year on 18 kgs (40 lbs) instead of 23 kgs (50 lbs). About this mistake I tested Yonex Poly Tour Pro 1.25 on 18 kg, and I really liked this string...

General 97-98 vs 100 sqin headsize comparsion

A friend of mine have a mind-breaking opinion: He had Yonex EZone DR 98 285g and EZone DR 100 300g, and his experience was how hit more frame with DR 98 compared to DR 100. No, this is not a joke, but I know how this is ********. Independently from this thing I compared my (old) Head G XT...

String for Wilson Pro Staff 97

I tested these strings. Grapplesnake hybrid is very very underpowered to me, this 1.23mm Cube cross-section is equal to 1.39mm round string. Possibile, how full bed Liquid can be nice, but currently I don't have any teststring from it. Yonex Poly Tour Pro is much better, and I feel when I hit...

Williams sisters config: big headsize compared high tension

Hello guys! I do not understand the reason about Williams sisters configuration. Blade 104 around 66 lbs (30kg) A big headsize racquet delivers much higher power and worser control. High tension gives lower power and better control. What can give this config, which better than a smaller, 98-100...

Thanks guys! I stringed Yonex Poly Tour Pro 1.25mm @ 23 kgs (50,7 lbs) to one and Grapplesnake Cube Extra Sharp / Liquid Neon Dust hybrid @ 21/22 kgs (46/48.5 lbs) to the another, so now coming some blind flying, because I dont have racquet with tested setup, possibile how I can play really...

String for Wilson Pro Staff 97

I bought a pair of used PS 97 (version 11 - black/red), which is currently stringed with Revolve 1.25mm/17, 23 kgs (50,5 lbs) mains 24 kgs (53 lbs) crosses. I played 7 hours with all two racquets, but I don't bought these with fresh stringjobs. Surprisely I don't feel how tension is...

Head Lynx vs Yonex Poly Tour Pro

These two strings are the most interesting to me now. Are somebody tested all two from this? 1.25mm/17g is most interesting for me

Cross strings tension compared to mains tension

I stringing my racquet for 23 kgs (50 lbs) both mains and crosses from same copoly in the last few months. Before this I stringed 23 kgs (50 lbs) to mains and 22 kgs (48 lbs) crosses, but I felt too loose this setup, same mains/crosses tension is for me more balanced, don't loosing flexibility...

    Artengo TR 990 Pro

All composite material needs "glue", 55% is a normal percentage from composite. Otherwise 55% carbon is 100% composite material, 100% graphite also 100% composite material, these are evolving from years to years, carbon and graphite are close things, question is what we would like to called it...

    Artengo TR 990 Pro

Most important thing which is I don't prefer this is high RA value, now I play with a racquet with flex rating 66. Is this a false fear when stiffer frames giving much higher load to wrist, elbow and shoulder? I can't imagine how a racquet can gives more topspin.

    Artengo TR 990 Pro

I'm interested in Artengo products, because I love TB920 ball, this is my favourite. I checked TR 990 Pro and I think this is something similar than Babolat Pure Aero. Headsize, RA, balance are identical, and all two is french. Have anybody this or previous TR 990 "non-pro" or tested anybody this?

Spin potential of copoly vs hybrids

Hi! My forehand have a really much topspin, but in the last time i played with Isospeed Control multifilament string. I think I need some arm protection for the next few months, but league is starting and I need topspin potential to my forehand, I cannot win without this. So, I think I wants a...

Mains or crosses from gut/multifilament in hybrid?

Why full bed natural gut is better than full bed Isospeed Control + Arm Protection? My injury was not a tennis injury and my bone was screwed, after a half year I dont remember when I was injured. I only wanted to using full bed multifil and hybrid for gradual load, like orange/stage 2 and...

Mains or crosses from gut/multifilament in hybrid?

Hello! I had a wrist operation 9 weeks before, i had a broken "os scaphoideum" bone. I started playing with Isospeed Control 1.30 string and stage 2 orange/yellow coloured balls yesterday. I think I switch to green pointed stage 1 balls next weekend and I wanted to starting hitting training on...

String tension versus power potential of string

    No, it's a copy.
  26. wferdinand

Poly 10 hours. Play 3-4x a week. Restring every weekend?

My opinion when this isn't black and white. My experience with my poly how it's good for 14-16 hours and after gives a worser performance. But last time i'm used along and breaks on the 20th hour. Lifecycle of a poly string depends on string tension, your power and spin level, weather, and I...

String tension versus power potential of string

I'm using Tennisoutlet Orange Tiger string which is a "replica" from Signum Pro Poly Plasma. This is a low powered poly with I think good spin potential, tension maintance and durability, and made by Isospeed. I'm using this string on about 48/46 lbs (22/21 kgs). My confidence how lower tension...

Lower tension + stiffer string or higher tension + more flexibile string?

I think after your words how I use a (soft) poly on higher tension this is dead much earlier. Last time I was used Orange Tiger for 16 hours, but after 14 this isn't the best. Now after 15.5h playing is good, but now have colder weather. So, conclusion: not worth to testing Sonic...

Lower tension + stiffer string or higher tension + more flexibile string?

I was playing with Tennisoutlet Orange Tiger 1.25 (which is a Signum Pro Poly Plasma replica made by Isospeed) in the last time. I was really really getting to like this string in the last time, but now I don't have more from this, but I was bought three Head Sonic Pro 1.25 because I used this...
