Is it time for racquet companies to sell their magical pro stocks to the retail public?

RF97 seems pretty accurate, I've gotten used to heavy rackets but it's funny when someone else tries to use my racket and fails miserably. Still don't know how they make a prostaff 95 for delpotro and people actually believe he uses a burn

Good string for Phantom Pro 100

You should definitely use a poly. I'm not sure which string to use, but volkl cyclone has worked the best as a poly for me

I'm underweight, what is the best way to fix this that would help for tennis

I'm a 15 year old and 176cm weighing 125 lbs, which puts me in the underweight range. I have a really low amount of muscle, and there's a lot of basic household things that I should be able to lift and can't. I think this is effecting my performance, and I can't generate much racket head speed...

Is my physique effecting my serve speed.

So I'm a 15 year old who has been playing for a few years. Although I consistently get at least 2-3 aces per set, my serve just isn't getting faster. I am 176 cm and 125 lbs. I am wondering if this prevents me from serving faster. I can hit the back fence in one bounce on a flat serve but I...

    New Setup RF97A

I wanted to switch from my 90 BLX to a larger head size and I was wondering if this setup would be good: Racket: Wilson Prostaff 97 Autograph String: Full Bed KLIP Legend 16 Tension: 60lbs Overgrip: Yonex Super Grap I actually want to try the high power that comes from a full gut, if it's too...

What should Federer play this grasscourt season?

Lol he should have a season where he only plays 15 tournaments - 4 slams 9 masters Basel and WTF

Where to get red prostaff RF97 Autograph

Fairly basic purpose for wanting one. Want same static weight as 90, but the plow of the RF and the sweetspot of a 97. Also don't want to drop more than $200, $250 for the black stick is way too much. Don't care if the racket is used or not, just no cracks, serious damage, etc. Also is full...

What should Federer play this grasscourt season?

I think you guys don't want him to play Stuttgart because he lost last year. I think he should stick with all 3, highly doubt he can get tired after not competing for 2 months.

It's easier to get better forehand by your own methods than serve.

Grand Slam Singles Winners and Racquets, 1980-1991

Todays slams would be so easy it's just big 4 spam and they never really changed their rackets that much

Which 1 shot would you want from a top ATP player

I think a groundstroke would be good for college level tennis where opponent doesnt look for winners often. But adult 6.0 players probably go for the backhand and winners alot more

Which 1 shot would you want from a top ATP player

How fast is a 6.0 serve? I'm unfamiliar about ntrp rankings, I serve 100 tops and I thought it would be easy to return 100 for a winner for 6.0s because they face 125+ regularly

Customizing Weight on a Wilson Pro Staff RF97 Autograph

Stop advising people to weight up PS97. It wont be the same as RF, RF is the only proper racket Wilson sells.

Which 1 shot would you want from a top ATP player

You wouldn't get a chance to forehand if your slow serves get slammed back, or you aren't able to return on backhand side.

Which 1 shot would you want from a top ATP player

No I mean I just loop it over so it falls in the court. Not really a warm up if you hit the guy a ball and he tries to hit a winner.

    Favorite Prostaff Line

Sort of a prostaff appreciation thread, just wanted to see opinions of the community. All rackets in here are post wood era. If I'm missing any please comment. Personally, I'd have to say that the k-factor is my favorite, because Federer has played his best tennis with it, I love the paint job...

Which 1 shot would you want from a top ATP player

Yeah, who actually does well in the warm up? I just topspin it as much as I can on warmup lol. Hate the guys that hit warm up shots full speed

Which 1 shot would you want from a top ATP player

Kyrgios, Isner, Raonic are not THAT flawed. For some reason they're just not consistently good. They have aspects apart from their serve. Especially Kyrigos, the rest of his game is deadly, and that's what puts him in top 20, not just his serve
  22. R

Which 1 shot would you want from a top ATP player

Yeah, then I'd take peak Fed serve. He, at peak, could kick it way over the head, slice it way out wide, or crank it up to 143. Lol i wish this was real I would win every single match. Imagine anyone under 6.5 trying to return peak RF serve. For perspective, 34 yo fed aced Djokovic 5 times in a...

Which 1 shot would you want from a top ATP player

Federer backhand. Never really got the hang of BH. Forehand is a natural shot for me, and my serve is actually pretty good compared to the people I play. I've played like 2 people who have a higher average mph on serve. Or maybe, instead of that, I'd go with Sampras/Roddick/Federer kick second...

Does Kyrgios tank on purpose when he is struggling

However, I think he was injured this time, he wasn't into the matches at all in the earlier rounds. I think he only won because his opponents didn't provide any challenge whatsoever.

Does Kyrgios tank on purpose when he is struggling

Lol I do this all the time, guess I need to stop watching Kyrgios highlights. Usually a bad call or a shanked forehand, or consistent string of double faults does it for me. It's also annoying that I have only played one single person with a serve above 100 mph, and that wasn't even in a match...

Top 30 ATP ranks favourite surface

Also, even though Americans tend to have big serves, they are inexperienced af in surfaces outside of hard. And Chung is a natural on HC, although he has good clay stats, hard is the easier surface for him.

    Need Help on Slice Backhand

My definition of high ball is anywhere above neck. I developed my shoulder height ohbh pretty well, but I still struggle with balls that go above the neck. Also I tried some of the tips in the replies and my slice is way more consistent against the wall, although I have yet to play against a...

    Greatest Forehands of All Time

Thread should be separated in to generations (racket tech wise), otherwise it's way too hard to compare. For example, one could say that Del Potro's fh blows Lendl's out of the water, but it's hard to compare because of the racket tech and athleticism gap. Although RF has goat forehand...

    Need Help on Slice Backhand

On slice backhand I'm just trying to make sure I can keep a solid defence. I use plain continental on both. Lol my slice fh always messes my opponent up but I'm really reluctant to use it. I haven't played any tournaments yet but I'm probably somewhere around 4.5. I have a big serve and fh for...
