Blue Gear is a good spin string. Also Polyfibre Hexa Blade. Right now I am using Genesis typhoon and it has lots of ball bite.

Best thing is to try both and see which you like you more. I played with Spin X for almost a year. Very good string.

I tried both and much prefer the typhoon. They are both good strings. Typhoon has a lot of power, great spin, and maintains tension very well. Best thing is try both yourself- especially if you can get a set of both.

RPM Blast is a good string but for its money that goodness drops down to it being a decent string. There are many better polys out there for less money.

Spin X is a great string but I have been playing with Typhoon now and it is so much better. I think you should try that and it would be good comparison to Tornado.

I am still using Typhoon and it is indeed a great string. I got used to the power now and am just putting more spin on the ball.

If you are loving the VS gut then why switch? Gut really is the best or at least one of the best so hard to beat it... especially vs.

Hard to get low powered string and have pocketing.. But maybe try a stiff multi or synthetic gut.

It is of course personal preference so it is hard to say which is better or which is worse. Black Magic is a good option. It plays fairly well but not as much spin as Black Code. I have not seen yet the Pro Line ii in black.

Durability should be ok. Depends on the player. Someone like me will break it in a few minutes.

There are some 18 gauge or 18l gauge strings out on the market. Not sure about 20 or 21 gauge. Maybe for squash though.

Try the new Genesis Typhoon. It is a great string. Loads of power and is very durable.
