    I've been doing Stronglifts 5x5 by for 6 months now. And I HAVE noticed A VERY significant increase in my speed and strength in general. And I'm not big or bulky at all. I'm 5'9 155 pounds and squatting (Going to parallel) 200 pounds 5x5. Trust me, my physical game has increased.

    I tried to change my current serve style to the appropriate one, but when I hit how it's supposed to be done I hurt my shoulder really bad every time. So in order to not hurt myself I just went back to my old serve. Is it possible I could be swinging to fast that I'm hurting myself?

    Whenever I hit my backhand it will always travel to the right and 90% of the time it will go out. Also a lot of my bh's go really high and basically become free balls. Occasionally I will hit a good backhand, but I don't know how I do it. Please tell me whats going on and how I can fix it. :D

    I am a beginner and I will mostly be playing by myself. Goals are to tone up, build endurance and speed. I am preparing for the tennis season in mid February. I'm going to be 18 this month, bout 5'9 140 pounds. I'm in alright shape right now, but slacking.
