    Righty or Lefty?

Looked at the clip about 8 times, smooth of both sides, might be ambidextrous. All comes down to the hand switch; if you're quick enough, no more B-Hands!! Used to play inline-street hockey over at Central Park/72 St, and guys would always give me sh#t about switching, ... until they finally...

What determines the follow through in the forehand?

Decent clip, a bit too much muscle in his swings. As for the Rafa FH demo, not really, aside from the over-the-head FT only marginally resembles the original ...

    Torso Rotation Vs Moving Forward

While percentage varies between individual players, both male and female pros use all stances, period. Should have been asking for an example of a player who doesn't, ... Now, there is a challenge;)

    Torso Rotation Vs Moving Forward

Only watched the first clip. Interesting concept, throwing square and semi-open/open stance into the same hat;)

Single handed backhand grips and their analogous forehand grips...

Don't really get your point, unless you're asserting that, if you are hitting with a SW FH grip for example, you should be using a strong eastern BH grip. Since FH and BH stroke mechanics are different and even vary from player to player(talking/comparing pros strokes) it wouldn't make sense to...

Can't close my racquet face at impact

Your interpretation re time line is correct. The pic in #66 shows face angle at max impact( check ball deformation, string bed deflection), and represents the actual face angle of 8 deg, pic 1 shows face angle immediatly after the ball has left the string bed, so green line in pic #1 equals 1rst...

Can't close my racquet face at impact

First red line likely marks mid point/max impact during the contact phase. Ball is hit slightly below center, resulting in face angle change during contact, otherwise FA would have remained the same from green to 2nd, maybe even 3rd red line.

    Split step timing

You mean, jump like a Goat??;) But seriously, there is no specific point in time but rather a time frame, spanning from right before to shortly after ball contact, depending on what kind of average ball you dealing with, how well you're able to read the opponents ball, and also your set-up...

Eliminate the stop/hold at the end of the drop, that's where your wrist tightens up.

How good can you get without split stepping?

Would you like to cut down on all those keep-the-ball-in-play stretched out one-handers? Splitstep, and you'll find yourself in position to hit about half of them with your beloved THFH. On a side note, splitstepping doesn't destabilize you, and definitely is not a waste of energy. It actually...

Federer must use his old 90 sq inch when he wants to hit big flat forehand

On a side note, Jimmy Connors at some point used to switch, same frame, tighter string tension for return games.

Two Handed Forehand-the Future of Tennis !!!

You're correct, dwell time(countless studies on that) is about 4-5 milliseconds, period. RS doesn't change dwell time, it changes the distance of ball/racquet traveling together during the contact phase. Just as an example, let's say RS of 10m/s that distance is 3", at 20m/s you'd get 6"...

One handed backhand for comments ( video )

After-contact balance is dependent upon setup balance, going into your swing. You're setting your front foot toe-first on a number of shots, which causes a straightening reflex, pushing you backwards. Stepping heel-first, just like a fencer's forward lunge, will 'roll' your body momentum into...
