I asked about the typical 'procedure' because my treatment hasn't been thorough. I've not been told exactly which ligament it is, but that there is a tear. I saw a physio for a while but it hasn't improved and he wasn't experienced with TFCC.

The reason I ask is I've not been able to play any racket sports for almost two years now due to TFCC and will be due to have another consultation. They've not been doing any reassessing. So I'm looking at the proper way it should be done.
