Are the big three the three greatest players ever?

I think the Big 3 are the three Best players to play tennis; but I don't think all three are the greatest. I think Borg was great. Laver was great. Federer is great. For me there is an It Factor that goes into being great. Some will say Nadal has that It Factor, and others will say the same goes...

Peak Serena was a beast o_O

So Serena cannot beat the best male players ever. I sure Court, Evert, Hingis, Navratilova, and Graf would have done much better.

Peak Serena was a beast o_O

Imagine how amazing that win at Wimbledon would have been if you can have follow up her 2 match winning streak against Serena 6 months later at the 2005 Australian Open. I guess getting owned by both a Serena peaking and a Serena in declining would driving anyone into retire.

Roland Garros moved to September - not a drill

If the USTA was any type a friend to AELTC they would look into moving the US Open to Indian Wells in October. It's the last month of decent weather in the desert. It's a world class facility for both players and fans. I only suggest this because it seems like the USTA is more interested in...

Roland Garros moved to September - not a drill

@Bartelby it's as if the FFT is acting like the organizers of Laver Cup. AELTC is in a bad spot regardless. Weather and Tradition is working against them. August is 4 months away; we can hope for a green light for that date. But you can't call the FFT the bad guy for acting in their...

Roland Garros moved to September - not a drill

@The Blond Blur I don't why anyone is taking the Laver Cup seriously? They play a 10 tiebreaker after splitting sets. It's a fun expo. That fact that the ATP runs it does not make it less of an expo. This event should be at the end of the year.

Roland Garros moved to September - not a drill

What part is wrong? The Expo part? The Globetrotters part? The Attendance part? Also there where two ATP event happening during the same time as the Laver Cup. Both events over Twenty years old.

Roland Garros moved to September - not a drill

I am sorry for this silly question but isn't the Laver Cup an Expo, akin to the Harlem Globetrotters versus the Washington Generals. Roland Garros had 520,000 spectators in 2019. Capacity at TD Garden is 19,580; over 3 days that 58,740 people through the turnstiles. The FFT is being...

    A December Slam??

As awesome it would be to have the US Open in Southern California, Indian Wells in a desert. I cannot imagine any player wanting to play a night match in 40F degree weather in December. October would be the latest that it could be played.
