I just noticed that Pacific Tournament Pro Classic Gut 17 gauge is the same size (1.20mm) as Klip Legend 18 (1.20 mm). Klip Legend 17 is 1.25 mm. Just one more reason to ignore gauges and look for the string diameter.

Tornado is arm friendly and lively. Polyfibre Viper is more lively and more crisp, but the "crisp" part could irritate some arms.

bfactor - SPPP is much softer and more powerful than Pro Line II. If you try SPPP and already play Pro Line II, add at least 3 pounds to the tension or it will probably seem mushy to you.

SPPPP has been a good tension holder for me and now Tornado seems to be just as good, but I am still a little early in my Tornado experience to be certain.
