The TF 315 ISO is worth trying as a modern PS97 alternative. It will have similar heavy + headlight feeling and will provide a small boost in power. Beam width is wider but should be fairly easy adjustment.

Tough to replace those, all specs considered. But IMO the Solinco Whiteout gets you closer than any recent blade and is worth a try. But I can’t speak for all brands, every manufacturer has their “blade equivalent”.
