You seem to be confused. The round thing you are talking about (on a Gamma X-ST) is the roller guide, not a clutch. A clutch is utilized on some (but not all) drop-weight tensioners.

There's a lot more to this than just loosening the bolts. There are numerous variables involved. That help door has been unlocked for days. However, you have to open it.
