You cannot judge how this slam will end just from three rounds. If Federer (or anyone else) wins Wimbledon without playing anyone in the top 25, then it's comparable to US open 2017. But to call Fed's draw the weakest ever after three rounds, is reaching. We have to wait to see how it plays...

You don't even need to go that far. Who did Nadal beat at the French open? Who were the players in his draw? Kei, Djokovic, Khachanov, Thiem, Zverev etc were all in the opposite half.
