IMO the Strikes were all big deviations from the Pure Storm and Pure Control models. There’s nothing wrong with Strikes; they’re easy to play with and quite powerful for control sticks, but I don’t like how muted they are. If feel is a priority, I’d look elsewhere.

I’m wondering if individual grommets would work. Found some on the large rain forest site. Might also help reduce racquet weight. I can use head tape in place of the bumper.

Btw, I need a new set of grommets for the PSC 16x18. I couldn’t find a set for the life of me. Help! Edit: Didn’t realize how rare these grommets are. I should have done some research before pulling out the old ones.
