Looked at a bunch of threads and reviews. Looks like its an even tie between Dunlop Fort Clay and Wilson Tour Clay Green. I know that the Dunlop ball is used at the masters 1000 clay events. And I know that the Wilson ball is made for Har-Tru, but I can't really find out what makes it different...

The ability to slide is what helps save the knees. Grass and clay are both soft surfaces, but clay has low injury reports and grass has the most. Why? Because grass is dangerous to slide on due to the inconsistent slide because of slick spots. Its the slide that really matters...
