I have gamma xels machine. When i tried to do the calibration process, my machine was off by 3lbs @22, 44, 66, 88 lbs so adjusted the tension according to the manual. I did a second calibration process right away and my machine was still off by 3lbs @22,44,66,88. My question is, is it normal...

i am planning to put 4 grams of lead tape on my racket particularly at 12 position. I am using 1/4 tourna lead tape. What's the better way to do this? Should i put 2 layers of 1 gram (4") on each side or 1 layer of 2 grams (8") on each side?
