    Pro Stringer Claw 2.0

Hi, 2.0+ is black and 2.0 regular silver. Not so much difference except paint job. I personally have the 2.0+ but the regular one is the same I guess. Between Pro Stringer's and Stringway I personally prefer the claws 2.0 over the double and triple Stringway flying clamps but some others used...

    Origin/Velocity

Wow that's a huge difference of tension between main and cross. Thanks I didn't know Origin was more powerful than Velocity. By powerful you mean more trampoline effect or more responsiveness at contact? I knew that Origin was discontinued but I've found some sets of 17g black and 16g natural...

    Origin/Velocity

Hi everyone, I've recently bought a new Speed MP 360+ with an open 16x19 string pattern and spin grommets. As I had some arm issues before I strung it up with Velocity 16g natural at 55 pounds (25kg). I really love the playability of this string but my main issues were string movements (erratic...

Head Graphene Speed 360+ Racquet series

@MikhailT thanks for your feedback. I'm actually using the MSV Cyber Wet on my paddle racket whick I love for its feel and tackiness. For my Speed MP 360+ racquets I actually prefer some classic overgrips such as Wilson Pro Overgrip and Yonex Supergrap. My first Speed is L2, 299g unstrung and...

    TK82S grip size

Thanks for your reply. Another guy answered me. He just changed his Gravity pallets from L2 to L1 and asked proshop to weigh and measure the difference and he just told me L2 pallet was 20g and L1 15g but he has not measured buttcap difference. So probably more such as you suggest. 10g...

    TK82S grip size

Hi everyone, do you know if changing the pallet (go up or go down one size) would change weight and balance or if it's the same weight, please?

Head Graphene Speed 360+ Racquet series

Sorry in fact I was wrong with my first balance measurement. I received today my matched Speed and wanted to compare with my current one. On fact it was 32,4cm balanced unstrung. When I'll go up one size pallet maybe it would decrease the balance.

    TK82S grip size

Hi, I've recently received a new Head Speed MP 360+ in my regular size (4 1/4) and felt smaller compared to my previous Babolat and Yonex even with overgrips. I had the same experience with a demo Gravity MP. So I ordered 2 others Speed MP 360+ in size 3 this time. I would have done the same...

Head Graphene Speed 360+ Racquet series

Hi, yes I'm sure about my specs on my current Speed MP 360+ balance was 32,6cm unstrung. My grip size is 2 (4 1/4) but it was small for me (I added 2 OG one small and one normal and now it's 32cm, about 8g added) so I ordered 2 other racquets size 3 (4 3/8) with matching service. If I change...

Head Graphene Speed 360+ Racquet series

Hi everyone, I've just asked the matching service ordering 2 brand new Speed MP 360+ and I got these measurements (cf. screen shot below): The fact is I already have a Speed 360+ which is 298g and 32,6cm balanced unstrung (the balance is quite off specs). I don't know the swingweight of mine...

    Introducing the Tecnifibre Triax

@g4driver when you can handle a 372g frame you probably have a really good level and a good arm also. It's more than Djokovic's racquet (when he won 2016 Australian Open cf. Tennis Spin videos on YT). I guess the racquet absorbs lot more shocks than current standard racquets in stock form. Maybe...

    Introducing the Tecnifibre Triax

NXT Control is a firmer and more control oriented multi but it doesn't play like a poly. And it doesn't have a lot of spin, same for almost every multis. HDMX has better spin. IMO NXT Control is a good multi but it's expensive (in Europe, US I don't know) even if it has a good durability for a...

    Introducing the Tecnifibre Triax

Hi Michelle, I'm a long time Duramix user (16g and 15L), definitely multi user (currently trying Velocity) looking for more control and spin but keeping comfort and recently tried the new HDMX which was nice, crispier, with more control and spin but less durable than Duramix which doesn't last...

    Introducing the Tecnifibre Triax

On the official Tecnifibre website I also saw polyamide in the composition such as traditional multi but this one looks very close to co-poly string according to professional players members of the Tecnifibre team (look at the recent videos on Tecnifibre official chanel). All pros compared it to...

    Asics Gel Resolution 8

No I don't think so. I use one thin sock and one normal/thick sock and it's ok. Or I can use 2 normal socks instead. I never tried 2 thick socks. All my socks are almost cotton, not other synthetic which makes sweat a lot.

    Asics Gel Resolution 8

Same here. I use double socks cause it's roomier in the forefoot area.

    Yonex EZONE 2020 AO

How did you remove the glue guys? I could use some chemical products such as nail polish remover but it's quite powerful and may damage the handle. Is it foam? Cause the handle looks like plastic when removing the stock grip.

Let's Gather All Grip Specs (Weight & Thickness) into two threads

The difference between 2 consecutive grip sizes is 1/8 inch, i.e. ~0.32mm, isn't it? I measured some of my old racquets to verify and adding a standard overgrip (0.6mm) you can increase one size grip but it's not the same feel cause the overgrip is soft whereas with a racquet 1 size bigger...

    Yonex EZONE 2020 AO

AC126EX was the old stock grip on previous Yonex racquets, probably the topic "Let's gather all grip specs..." is referring to as the standard synthetic grip. It still exists and we can easily find it on retail. The difference of 0,1mm (1,4mm Vs. 1,5mm) is due to one is installed on the handle...

    Yonex EZONE 2020 AO

I have 2 Ezone 2018 in front of me too and had 1 2020 brand new demo racquet and it was also the same grip. It would be surprising Yonex doesn't sell the stock grip. If I compare mine and the picture of AC128EX (NOT AC126EX) it's the same, with this kind of fake perforations, and have read here...

    Yonex EZONE 2020 AO

I've tried the Tecnifibre X-Tra Feel replacement grip and it's thinner than his description suggests. Very stretchy, light, and not very cushioned. I lacked comfort and preferred thinner but firmer replacement grip with better cushioning, not as stretchy. But this Tecnifibre grip is a good...

    Yonex EZONE 2020 AO

I'm also looking for a good alternative to the stock grip. The same is "AC128EX Synthetic Leather Excel Pro Grip" but impossible to find. The only one we can find is "AC126EX Synthetic Leather Tour Grip" but it's not the same. Thinner (1,5mm Vs 1,6mm). Some said this AC126EX is bad. Not as good...
