No I don't think so. I use one thin sock and one normal/thick sock and it's ok. Or I can use 2 normal socks instead. I never tried 2 thick socks. All my socks are almost cotton, not other synthetic which makes sweat a lot.

Same here. I use double socks cause it's roomier in the forefoot area.

How did you remove the glue guys? I could use some chemical products such as nail polish remover but it's quite powerful and may damage the handle. Is it foam? Cause the handle looks like plastic when removing the stock grip.
