My experience has been that natural gut far outlasts anything else that I have tried and the feel is far, far superior. I may change racquets but I don't see a time where I would ever give up using natural gut. My main racquets are an original Prestige pro, PT280/630 and sometimes a C10 Pro

No such luck. There is no Pro Tour 2.0 listed. I have searched the "similar threads" with no luck. The search function on this site doesn't work very well. It always takes me way back in the past which is usually not helpful.

I couldn't agree more. I lost my good stringer and the place I have been using doesn't appear to be what I need although I think they try. I don't know of anyone else at the moment. I think the answer is what you suggest...start stringing myself.

You sure may be right. I don't mind replacing the grommets if they need it.

I never said that "I can only and must play with antiques". On the other hand, should I not be allowed to play with any racquet I choose? What concessions should I make for the 20 year old stringer that finds it difficult to get a string through a hole?

10shoe What you say makes very good sense to me so I may upgrade my grommets as my racquets need their strings changed. I don't see myself giving up natural gut in the near future. In comparison I don't prefer the multi that replaced my gut. Its not terrible but just doesn't feel nearly as good...

It is the 600 and not the 660. I have read a couple of reviews on the 2.0 that found it harsher feeling than the originals although most seem to like it. I use an air compressor after every use. It just takes a couple of minutes and lots of yellow ball fuzz comes out. An air compressor does a nice job of cleaning my ball machine.

What can anyone tell me about this racquet? I'm familiar with some of the early Head racquets but I don't know this one. It says Trisys System 300 on the frame so how is it different from the 280/630 or 260 Trisys racquets? What was the racquet called in its European release?

I have five of them. Two reissues, two ST. Vincents and a Chicago. I still use them quite a bit. They are such great feeling/playing racquets.
