    Head Gravity 98 16x19 (Coming in 2025!)

I'm a Blade 16x19 user and I have been thinking of trying this out? I like you always dabble with switching? How does this play? Sounds like they are a more modern version of the Prestige Pro? So I guess it might sit in between Blade and a Prestige? Not sure if you've used a Prestige but the...

We need to stop nepotism in Tennis tournaments

100% there are more deserving players in the Australian pool who should have got it ahead of him. Definitely wasn't embarrassing though. He played a pretty decent player and did well enough considering. Your critiques of him are unfair. He's a kid. Yes, got an armchair ride but won't happen...

    Prince Official - Racquets

Can someone tell me how the Japanese Graphite 97 plays relative to the Phantom 100G? I saw it for a great price on the ZON so I am thinking of grabbing 1 or 2.

    Prince Official - Racquets

I can't believe they discontinued the Phantom 100G. It for mine was the best racquet I have used for sometime now. With a leather grip, strung with 4G it was absolutely great. Just allowed me to hit real heavy with great confidence. Very underrated stick. I know they have Japanese versions but...

    Head Gravity 98 16x19 (Coming in 2025!)

I should give more context. Whatever racquet I chose to purchase is usually based loosely on the Pro Tour 630. I would love to still use them but it's contingent on me playing more frequently than I can or would like. Alas, I choose frames which I deem to be "characteristically" similar...

    Head Gravity 98 16x19 (Coming in 2025!)

Thanks. You think maybe it's like a more playable Pro Tour 630 just updated for 2024? Thicker beam, not full CAP, tear drop, 16x19, less static weight etc.

    Head Gravity 98 16x19 (Coming in 2025!)

Would you say it sits between Pro Tour 2.0 and Prestige Pro (2023) in terms of feel and playability?

Head Pro Tour 2.0 - Ask Us All Your Questions! (podcast now here!)

Ey peeps I actually have 2 brand new twin tube Zebra PJs Radical Tours/PT57As (or derivatives) and one of them has this weird pantina/aged effect on the paint. The paint has possibly oxidised (not sure) but it's definitely browned/yellowed slightly. Any ideas? I figure there's no way to fix it...

Head Pro Tour 2.0 - Ask Us All Your Questions! (podcast now here!)

Got 2 brand new ones in 43/8ths with original shrink wrap still on the handles in that yellow zebra stripe and one PT630 in alike condition with the dust cover and everything. I can't bring myself to stringing them up.

Head Pro Tour 2.0 - Ask Us All Your Questions! (podcast now here!)

I've got a couple that have never been used. I'm really not sure how anyone thought this iteration of the fabled Pro Tour 630 is anything like the original. The PC2.0 is way more faithful to the original despite still not being different again. I hit with my 630 last night for the first time in...

The more I think of it, you know, you are right. It was pure entitlement - entitlement as a consumer to request a replacement/warranty from the manufacturer in situations where I DEEMED it necessary, Whether they DEEM it valid to approve/refuse such claim is ultimately their entitlement. So...

Once again, the decision to replace the frame had nothing to do with LOYALTY of my patronage. They lodged the claimed and it was assessed on the merits. A wholesale credit was paid to the pro shop and passed onto me. Simple. Given you know so much I'm curious @dr325i why was the frame replaced...

    Cracked Radical Mp

They are a great pro shop and been doing business there for 10+ years through 2 owners. Head provided a wholesale credit back to the shop for x1 frame which was passed on to me in the form a "retail" store credit. So effectively any racquet I chose. The PS could have told me that he'd only...

Mate, let up. You keep going on and on and on. What's since been established is 1. You don't own the Head racquet brand and 2. You don't work for them either. So this truly does beg the question... why do you CARE FOR! I could understand if I come on and gloated about the fact that I...

This thread. Ahhhh it really not worth the effort LOL: 1. I was issued a STORE CREDIT. Head, contrary to what we all assumed, didn't send a replacement frame and refunded the pro shop the wholesale cost of my frame. He then passed it on in the form of a instore credit. Hence I brought a Wilson...

See that's the thing - it makes complete business sense. Shows your lack of business acumen. They were well within THEIR right to refuse my claim. They didn't because they saw it my way. The racquet wasn't abused and the condition of it was proof of that. My perogative what I did with my credit...

Ta x I switched to the a Blade (first Wilson I've ever used) which is a tad similar to the HPP2.0 but in a more modern, easier to use package but I know I'll get another HPP because it's literally the best Prestige release in sometime in my opinion.

    Cracked Radical Mp

Look possibly it could have been interpreted that way but why can't I assume (rightly or wrongly) that there was a manufacturing defect? They can barely produce the same frame with the same specs (I'm embellishing here simps so take it easy) so it's not out of the ordinary to possibly expect...

Thanks for the physics lesson. Having only a rudimentary knowledge of the topic I assume the fact that the racquet wasn't connected to the ground via me holding it I assume then the force from impact travelled to the extremes of the frame where the impact is therefore seen. If that were not...

    Prince Phantom 100G

Short answer is yes. I switched from the 100P and felt that the 'G' version really did things a little easier. They are very similar though. I loved my 100G but. I really played the best tennis I had done in the last decade I reckon. I really refound my game using those sticks. I've put them on...

Modern rackets compared to Head Protour 630?

+1. Effectively is everything a PT630 is without the static weight, plow and 95sq inches head size. It definitely doesn't give you that synonymous plush, plowthrough but it's a very credibility modern alternative. Way closer as well than the Pro Tour 2.0 especially! I hit them simultaneously...
