    I do not have the spec as i called in favour from a company I do work for. They sent mine to a "supplier who makes load cells. It came back sealed but I believe they used two half bridge cells to make it up. I can ask if they will give me the spec. What country are you in?

    Just a thought. Did you try setting all three potentiometers to the middle of there range. Count 20 turns counter clockwise then 10 back clockwise. Pot 3 next to the head needs to read 0.9 volts secret button 4 should read 000, then try calibrating the pulling tension, if you can do this whilst...

    The only thing that I can think of is that the strain gauge maybe damaged or the loadcell beam has been over stressed and lost some of is elasticity. the aluminium section is not returning to its original shape. did the machine have its carriage transport bolt in it when you bought it?

    Yes secret key +4 should read 000 if the unit is calibrated correctly. the machine will not do anything if it does not know the position valve of the pulling head just a single beeb and does not move. Like you I have spent hours trying to find the information and then calibrating it.

    Hello The relays on the main pcb are for the electromagnetic clamp and the turn table. If the machine is left on for to long, they will over heat and burn out. I have replaced all three as one had failed and the others looked damaged. The chip 1014cn is still avaible. Have sent you a pm on...
