You should try the Toalson Quick Dry. It’s like the ultra but they last even longer.

    Yonex Ezone 98L vs 98

If you use the customization tool for both using the TW strung specs in racquet comparison tool, it looks like most of the weight missing would be in the handle section. Whether this points to actual material or just weights added to hairpin, i am not certain.

    Yonex Ezone 98L vs 98

2020 and 2022 98L with some weight inside handle (5g) and a few grams at 12 are great playing racquets. I prefer them over the 98 and its harsh flimsy upper hoop section.

    Yonex ezone 98 2022

That is what I was trying to explain to @dfwchar. You really do not have to add as much weight as you think to get a solid racquet out of these. Glad you took the time to try it stock to get a feel for just how good the L versions can be. My wife and daughter both use the 2020 ezone 100L. No...

    Yonex ezone 98 2022

Good luck to you. I’m not sure you need to get to 330 static to find joy, but maybe you do for your preference. I started with 10g in handle and 2@12 and 2 at 3/9 and ended up where I am now by removing some of that weight. Plays similar to my 2021 cx200s but more power at less static weight and...

    Yonex ezone 98 2022

I have 5g of tac in the handle and 2g at 12. If you add a leather like you suggested above, you probably would not need weight in the handle. It really doesn't take a lot for these things to play well above what their static weight would suggest.

    Yonex ezone 98 2022

I think mine with overgrip, O dampener, and extra weight are somewhere around 313-316 grams with a 1.25g Kirschbaum poly. I can weigh them again to be certain here in just a bit if needed. I am not huge into specs, i go more off of feel and they suit my needs. Serves are the best part about the...

    Yonex ezone 98 2022

I use them with 5g in handle and 2g at 12, plus overgrip and dampener. Great for doubles and singles. I did the same with the 2020 version.

    NikeCourt Zoom GP Challenge 1

Stick with a 10. I find them true to size, but you will have a little more width in the toe box vs the GPT.

Ezone 100L - string suggestions anyone?

    Hyper G 18g at 48. Head Velocity 16g at 54. Kirschbaum Flash 17g at 50. Kirschbaum Evolution 17g at 46.

    Yonex Target Swing Weights

What if their target swingweights are part of the engineering and the frame is designed to play best at that target? Just a thought. And maybe they don’t want to have a US spec and an Asian market spec so they just do one based on that design and don’t really care that the US market prefers...

    Looking For Racket Recommendations

He only suggests what he is playing, has played, or has a nickname for, which changes often. So it’s hard to tell when his suggestion might be spot on or if he is just announcing what he’s playing with now. Not everyone has the same preferences which is why we demo.

Babolat Tonic/ Gosen AK Pro CX (NatGut/SynGut)

The black and the natural play the same for this string. It’s a great synthetic gut.

Why reinvent the wheel? It is known which hybrids the Pros play with .Do the same. You're wasting your time.

It is an aggressive delivery tactic of one's message indeed.

Any prince racquet made in Japan?

Great racquet. Played with one in my younger days when Prince was still at the top. The feel of the 90s gen Prince racquets is unbeatable in my opinion.

    Kirschbaum Max Power - anyone?

I used the 17g at 48 in a 100 and 44 in a 98. You will gain pocketing and not sacrifice control. The regular and the rough version are very good strings in my opinion.

    Slide Armour Tennis Shoe Guard

How does it attach to the side of the shoe it is designed to protect? It uses a lace eyelet but does the other piece just flop around or use some type of adhesive? And they use a shoe without a lace eyelet and a damaged area that these wouldn't even work on in their marketing ad. Odd choices.

Yes, it's another string recommendation thread.

The Beast 100 played very well with Kirschbaum Max Power Rough at 48#. It is a "harsher" string but at 48 it was not and had nice control. The beast 100 is a fairly open, power frame (which they list at 1000 or 1025 on the Prince power scale) but with good comfort. I had 98s and 100s from this line.

How to Smooth over Little Barb after Cutting Poly

Cut with something different or try cutting the angle from the opposite side, i only see this when i don't cut smoothly and quickly or try to create too much angle, or using something dull. This definitely should NOT happen every time. I use some Fisker pruning sheers and this is not an issue...

Spin friendly, controlled and forgiving 100 inch 16x19 Racket for Intermediate player

Stock swingweight for a shift is 317. 1 gram of lead at 12 is 3 SW points. You added 6g at 12 (18points). How did you get to 325 from 317 and adding 18pts? Its math, and i am trying to understand how this is the case. Yours must have been way under spec.

Dry overgrip - Volkl V dry

Any white OG will get as dirty as your hands do. Mine stay pretty clean but they do get dirty in time, but i keep my hands fairly clean. I wash before i play so any oils from the drive to courts, or what i ate before aren't transferred to the grip before its even used.

Dry overgrip - Volkl V dry

The white has a slightly tackier feeling than the black, and the black is more velvety. Both handle sweat very well, but i prefer the white for times when it isn't quite as hot and i am sweating less.

Spin friendly, controlled and forgiving 100 inch 16x19 Racket for Intermediate player

You added 6g at 12 and only got to 325 from 317 stock? That doesn’t seem right.
