I second that, and I would extend it to all 16x19 patterns in the TC line, including 95 and 97. Best I found was Luxilon 4G Soft, which was good at taming the launch angle, and provided good durability and tension maintenance.

I would second Lynx Tour. Very predictable string, a good compromize between an aggressively shaped string like Confidential / Hyper G and a round string. If you really want a round string, try 4G Soft. It's expensive but one of the best around.

You could try Lynx Tour 18. I play the 17 in this frame and like it a lot, so if you're looking for a thinner string, it's a good candidate to try.

I love the idea of having it in a 98sq.in., or even a 95, for that matter. Just a tad more pop and tolerance, while keeping the feel.

Not sure you're still searching, but an Angell TC95 16x19 would be a very good alternative to the 93P 14x18. Perhaps get one with a more manageable static weight of 310 or 315g to avoid getting tired too quickly.

Frankly, we need more models from Head like we need a hole in the head (no pun intended). If anything, they need to reduce their offering, which is confusing and overlapping, and get back to what people expect a Prestige or a Radical to be.

Same here. A bit more pop for the soft version, at the expense of reduced tension maintenance. I think I prefer the regular version, and I'd just drop a couple of pounds in tension if I wanted a bit more comfort.
