Found these yesterday, all at the one Op/Thrift Shop. Fischer Vacuum Pro 90. Never expected to find one of these, ever. Weighs 370g. Fischer Ultra Light. 3 x Rossignol FCX’s. A$4 each.

Haven’t had a chance to hit with it yet. Hopefully soon. I prefer much higher static and swing weights. Not sure about this one.

It has a leather grip. What I thought was an unused over grip that came with it turned out to be a length of head tape instead.

Were these frames generally considered to be budget models, or were they Donnay's mainstream line? Quality looks to be pretty good.

Couple of old ones today, for a couple of dollars each. A dead straight and barely used Dunlop Maxply Fort, as well as an Aldila Cannon, marking an inflection point in tennis racquet technology.

My Head Director weighs in at 360g (12.7oz). Head size I calculate to be 95 square inches (13.5" x 9" string bed). Flex I would estimate to be high 40's to low 50's in my "across the knee" test.

If I may be so bold as to ask, where did you find the CAD models to print? Or did you create them yourself?

Finding, or creating, the CAD models required will be the sticking point. The printing technology itself is probably at the point of being able to produce the required detail, in the requisite materials.

Absolutely zero support, but the soles on the original Dunlop Volleys, from my memory, had the perfect grip for the ubiquitous en tous cas clay courts that peppered the suburbs at the time. Very controllable and consistent slide with them.
