Revisiting the Head Liquidmetal Radical MP

No idea. I have some 18x20 Blade V8s (which I'm also selling) and while they are more powerful than the LM and seem easier to swing, they lack the feel of the LM for me.

Revisiting the Head Liquidmetal Radical MP

I have 15 (!) of these that I'll be selling soon. You guys have first dibs. 6 are 1/2 Austria or Czech, 6 are 3/8 from Czech and possibly Austria (unclear) and 3 are 3/8 from China. All very nice... Harry Z

Revisiting the Head Liquidmetal Radical MP

Thanks for this. I've bought a few in the past few days and a couple have no inserts at all on the butt caps. One or two have silver inserts and one has a "Made in Czech Republic" on the sticker, as far as I can tell (haven't received it yet). Any idea on the butt cap codes?

Revisiting the Head Liquidmetal Radical MP

So thankful for this thread, Kai-El 34. Have been using IG Rad Pros for the past year plus and stocked up on them, but have missed the feel of a solid beam frame. Yesterday I had the good luck to hit with an H22 that belonged to Milos Raonic. The lead had been removed. So incredibly stable...

Tennis Warehouse: Head Boom MP (Prototype 2021) Racquet

I saw and held the new Prestige MP and Pro today. If someone can tell me how to upload photos I will. I took a few. They are a mix of original Prestige shiny maroon in the head and a matte charcoal on the shaft Very elegant IMO. Nothing as weird as the Gravity series, by a long margin. In...

Head Pro Tour 2.0 vs Head IG Radical Pro

Hi- I play with the IG and had some 2.0s. They are both great. For me, the IG is easier to use but not as great a frame. The 2.0 is incredibly solid and has wonderful feel and plow through. I would be using it but I'm 57 now and prefer the launch angle and softer feel of the IG Radical Pro...

    The Renaissance Of David Goffin???

Saw him save two match points in the first round against Tiafoe. Was luck to have courtside seats in the corner... Goffin showed that he is a true, mature professional as he withstood a partisan crowd and great shotmaking and was incredibly good under pressure. I also appreciate and admire...

MG Radical MP Grommets on a Prestige?

Duplicate thread, by accident. Please ignore and respond to the other one. Thanks.

MG Radical MP Grommets on a Prestige?

has anyone out there tried this? Seems that they should fit and reduce the static weight by 15g, but the also the SW by even more and that the frame may become way to HL in the process. Thoughts? Experiences? Idiotic idea (probably, huh?) just curious since some have tried trimming caps for...

What's the biggest Grand Slam quarterfinal of all-time?

Whoops. It was certainly NOT the biggest but was one of the best in my estimation, of the ones I've seen. HZ

Pancho Gonzales is the mentally toughest and greatest tennis player of all time

I remember watching Sampras in his prime with my dad, who was a contemporary of Gonzales. I asked him about Gonzales more than once, as he had seen him live a few times. Without hesitating, he said that Gonzales was hungry, quick as a big cat, powerful and relentless-- the best player he had...

    ***** Prince EXO3 Rebel Club *****

Mine are all 3/8. Five of the six have hole grommets. One needs a new grip. I adore them, but am finding them too heavy for more than 90 minutes of playing. I am having shoulder pain, which I've never had. I teach some and my technique is good with long smooth strokes on both sides and serve...

    ***** Prince EXO3 Rebel Club *****

Sign me up The first (green) exo3 rebel is my favorite frame. I've had a bunch in the past, off and on, and now have six and counting. For me, the 2012 is too soft. I haven't tried the Tour 95 and would welcome the chance. Textreme 95 is very good but not as buttery and "right" feeling to me...

90 square inch too small for modern game?

Count me out One man's meat, as the saying goes, is another's poison. Not everyone wants to live in California, and believe it or not the weather is not perfect. Not nearly enough seasonal variety for me and plenty of others. And then there is smog, traffic and the obscene cost of living...

90 square inch too small for modern game?

Quality of life So the quality of a place and the desirability of living there has to do with the cost of housing and income potential? Here in Oregon, we have extraordinary natural beauty, a mild climate (marked by more rain than many care for) and even some cultural variety. Quality of...

Wilson Hits Homerun with Wilson Steam 99S (mini review)

Indeed Rick, Having read this guy's posts on threads about your stringing experience and reviews (and those of the so called "racket king" as well), I am reminded of one of my favorite professor's life rules: "Never argue with someone who knows less than you do." They aren't worth your...

    ATP Masters 1000 - Madrid 2015 (R2) - Roger Federer (1) vs Nick Kyrgios

Poignant? No offense, but poignant means sad, moving or touching. Perhaps you meant "pertinent"...?

If Nadal and Federer end up both with 17 majors.

What do you think about Diego Schwartzman?

Not like Calleri Cuevas is much more like Calleri with a better serve. Check out Calleri dismantling Agassi, in Agassi's prime at maybe IW or Miami. Talk about being in the zone... Schwartzman is a scrappy counter puncher. At least that's what I saw at IW this year when he came back to...

    Pablo Cuevas

This guy deserves a thread. I have been following him for a few years, as his game is solid and effective. Yes, he imploded against Nadal in a third set a couple of months ago; however, his career his been pretty remarkable , especially for a smaller player in a game of guys well over 6'. Like...
