TW Demo Racquet - what string?

Hey guys! One of my friends got some demos from TW, and we're looking to find out what string was used. It said on the string: Tennis Only Proto P5 (or PS, couldn't tell). The code on the TW label was "7C43D Poly" if that helps. Thanks for any help! @TW Staff

Babolat Pure Drive 107 bunper kit

Hey guys, I'm looking to find a part # for an older PD 107 Gt (with cortex) bumper kit from around 2010-2012. I can find kits but looking to know which is the possible correct one without buying them all lol. Thanks for any help!

Jack Kramer "Pro" Staff St. Vincent?

Hi Guys! A client dropped off a racquet he randomly picked up, to be strung. Turns out it's Jack Kramer Staff, midsize. So I did some searching, and the white Wilson butt cap has "AXQ" on it, and there's red composite underneath the black around the grommet holes. It also has the rectangular...

Hey all, So playing with the V3 vs V2 TC100 for a bit now, and I feel they are pretty different. The high modulous vs micro braided have to be it. My V2 doesn't feel stiff at 63ra, but the V3 does. All who have tried it feel the same. I've dropped to 42# main, and it spins really well but...

I do know when I asked Paul a bit ago when the V 3 came out what the differences were, and it had to do a little bit with how the frames were made to keep the tolerances even tighter upon Manufacturing so that the specs between frames were very very close. My coworker did say the same thing...

So I picked up 2 new TC100 V3 from Angell, same weight/balance/stiffness, everything as my V2s. Strung the same way, same string. Tourna Silver 7 tour at 47/44. Modified it the way I modified my others and it sits at 346g static, 331 swingweight It felt way stiffer than than my V2s. I...

Hey guys, can anyone quickly that a C grip is like the Prince? I can't remember. Also if a V3 Tc100 bumper is same as the V2. Thanks! I emailed them but haven't heard back

hey guys, has anyone compared the TC100 to any of the Phantoms? Specifically the 100p with the 16x18 pattern. or even the 97? Thanks

Hi Guys - been a while since I posted. Trying to find the biggest difference between the TC100 V2 and V3. I'm thinking of getting 2 new TC100. Currently have the V2, 310g/315mm balance with a C grip. I modified the handle to build it up slightly. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Clubs closing thread.

Obviously I know where you are J, is that for the whole area or just your club? Are you running private clinic groups or just private lessons? My guess is we don't make it through the week before closing. Thankful tomorrow is a pay day....

    Clubs closing thread.

Where I teach 1.5hr north of NYC, all clubs but 1 still open (and the one is only a 2 ct mini-club if you could even call it that). We're taking extra precautions and taking a wait/see approach as to what happens. Most adults/juniors came to their regular courts/clincis this weekend with only...

Has anyone hit with a TC100 and Prince Phantom 100P (16x18)? My TC100 started at 310g/315mm. Just curious - seems like they're close but idk about the power of the 100P?

Yeah - when I got mine it was like a few days to "build" for a TC95 and a TC90 for my coworker but it was overnight shipping after that. Pretty cool!

    Jolly's Polys

I never liked HH Touch either. I easily take (or would use) Lynx 17 over it. Also, wasn't it said Thiem (though Babolat) was using the Head experimental string? I can't remember if I actually read that or not lol Sent from my SM-G975U1 using Tapatalk

    . . . . and then a fight broke out, and I wasn't sure of the rule.

I had this happen at a usta sectionals a couple years ago. I was at the net and my partner was serving, and the return was kind of high and short so I ran forward to hit the volley and angle it into the side fence. I lost my footing, got to close and ended up falling kind of over the net...

I'm the same. Golfer's elbow twice (though almost 10y apart) and no tennis elbow, but I know right away if my arm doesn't like a string or racquet. I have no problems with S7T 17g in my TC100 @ 47/44. Dials perfectly with how I have the frame weighted. No feeling of it being overly stiff in...

Random funny thought. We all have our personal tension ranges we like for certain racquet/strings. Here some stats from this past week's pro tournaments: Marseille: lowest tension 20kg, highest 28kg (62) Delray Open: lowest 14kg (most likely a dubs player), highest 25kg (55#). Sent from my...

Tourna Big Hitter Silver 7 Tour

I'm on my second reel of S7T and haven't had one sheer break at all - during stringing or from possible bad mishits near the frame. Idk if it matters, but I typically use a parnell knot and hand pull it tight (cinch it, then finish it), as to not over tension the area. There's typically no...

I don't think that's weird at all. I know many that do that! I've always had the button of the cap in the fleshy part of the palm pad, and my pinky the couple centimeters above the bottom. I just hit with it again and I love that locked in feeling. Next is to build it up like Gasquet! Jk...

So I found a super easy way to flare the bottom of the butt cap (I have a C shape Angell pallet) and it worked to perfection. I feel like I can anchor in my hand better.
