Just an update: Received the new panel late yesterday evening and I just finished replacing it this morning. Machine is back to 100% operational. Special thanks to Lobster for great customer service and to Tennis Warehouse for prompt shipping of the needed part.

I just had an EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE experience with lobster. I had a problem with my Grand V and I called Lobster this morning right when they opened. I reached a CSR immediately and got what I needed to fix my machine. I'm not sure why you're having a difficult time, lobsterletmedown

Quick Update: I called Lobster customer service this morning when they opened and spoke with a CSR named Joel. He helped me troubleshoot the machine and when we exhausted all our options, he offered to send me a replacement panel. No other questions asked. Excellent customer service!!!

The breaker was tripped. I turned the machine on its side, turned off the main power switch and toggled the circuit breaker switch. The machine purred back to life once I hit the on button. Thanks again everyone. The links above show the two switches.

Thank you gents! I never would have thought about flipping the thing over if not for your tips. I tilted it and lo and behold, the switches were there. They were located at the bottom of the machine (at least on my model 2012). I will post pictures for future reference in case other folks run...

I will be contacting Lobster today. Their CS was closed over the week-end. It looks like we have an active member (tpotter) that is associated with Lobster. I hope he sees this thread also.
