Yulia Putintseva's disgusting behaviour towards ball kid

It's the thought that counts. Something simple like her portrait and some darts would be perfect

    Pro's Pro Strings!?

Does poly reel degenerate over time? I got a reel of Black Force 1.19 in 2016 as a back up string. I used it recently and it broke while stringing the mains. It went well in subsequent jobs but i had to string below 40lb because it felt stiff to me, although many call it a soft string

Which strings for Yonex Vcore 98 2023

SPPP at 48/45lb. Surprisingly good power without sacrificing control. Feel is just right without dampener. Too muted with the dampener

2023 Yonex VCore Pro Racquets / 2024 Percept Racquets

I use a dampener only for some strings and/or racquet, when there is a weird ping that confuses my judgement. Otherwise, I go without it.

    Vcore 98 2023 -Where's the love?

My transition is very similar to yours, coming from Vcore Pro 330 Blue/Red. With the VCore 98, I find that I could do many more things that surprise myself. Definitely not regretting the switch. If anything, I should have changed earlier!

    Yonex Serial Numbers

There seems to be a similar country coding system for Yonex badminton racquets. Some say it's for distribution and warranty purposes. Some think the qualities are different. I'm inclined to think the former is true, at least for tennis...

    2023 Yonex VCores

They came out in Sep 2021 the last time so I'd expect the new ones to be similar

    2023 Yonex VCores

My impression is that Vcore 98 in general has not been getting much love compared to the 95 and 100, even for the past iterations. Why is that so?

    2023 Yonex VCores

Quite tempted to move over from the VCP to the VC series but will wait till the VCP release later next year

    Yonex VCP 330 lineage

I would place it in the VC and not the VCP series. 320g unstrung, 318sw and the feel is more direct. Pretty darn good racquet though. Damn, the nostalgia in this thread. That's a pretty good racquet too. Gonna dig it out from my closet

    Yonex VCP 330 lineage

Not sure if I missed any but IIRC: Vcore Tour 97 Vcore Tour G Vcore Duel G And I'm currently using (loving) the 2018 too, with weight in handle

Yonex - New racquets release schedule

I kinda remember VCore Pro was released much later in 2021? Around August?

    2021 Yonex VCore 95

Could someone please compare the 2021 VC95 vs the old Wawrinka VCore 95D? Thanks!

2021 Yonex VCore Pro Official Thread

Heard a lot about the VCP97 needing crisp strings to counter the dampened feel. Would gut main and poly cross (say, 57lb) be too soft for this series of VCP97?

I'm also using the blue VCP 330 and curious about the new 310g version. Would you be switching? How would you compare the two? Do you feel like you lost anything with the new 310?

    Tension app

Racquettune is pretty reliable in my hands. I use it to track tension loss, so absolute tension is not essential but it's able to measure that quite accurate too

2021 Yonex VCore Pro Official Thread

I've been using a butt-heavy navy VCP97 330 (2018?) and it seems like we're in search of the same things in the new racquets. I'm almost certain I'll give this iteration a miss but looking forward to your review on the 97H to make the final decision.

Yonex VCore Pro 97 HD review...

I'm out for this series. Sticking to my JLo-ed navy VCP97 330 until something convincing comes along

    2021 Yonex VCore 95

Not sure if this has been asked but how does the Vcore 95 compare to the old 95D?

2021 Yonex VCore Pro Official Thread

Absolutely! I do prefer the balance of the RF97 more than the VCP330. My VCP330 with leather grip and about 20 g of lead in the butt plays so much easier. Motivated by all this talk, I did a quick check on the specs last night. 383g strung, 365 SW, 30.9cm balance! As much as I love the racquet...

2021 Yonex VCore Pro Official Thread

Just found a great video of Tennis Spin measuring the specs of RF97 and the green VCP97 last year, and describing the weight distribution that he felt in the racquets. Surprisingly, the SWs were 340+ for both instead of 330+ and he had to double check. Wonder if the increase in SW for the 97H...

2021 Yonex VCore Pro Official Thread

I hope the swingweight is wrong too then. Don't remember any recent racquets with a swingweight at 338. Power RD 10 Long has the highest SW that I can remember but that was made decades ago EDIT: Just saw the tennisnerd post. It's wrong afterall. It's higher in reality. LOL!

2021 Yonex VCore Pro Official Thread

Why the huge increase in swingweight for the 330 and sharp decrease in flex for the 310? I'll be waiting for the reviews. Hopefully these specs miraculously don't translate into sluggish or anemic racquets in actual playtest.

Questions about Yonex Vcore Duel G 330

I feel the same. Although I've not used the Duel G, I had the Tour G 330 and now the VCP97 330 (2018). As everyone else had said, they are great racquets. My problem with the Vcore Pro series is not the weight but the balance. They feel much head heavier than other racquets of similar weight...

Yonex VCore Pro 330 or 310?

I went through a few setups of the 330. My favorite (which I'm using now) is simply a replacement of the stock grip with leather grip and added weight to the butt (in the form of a Zepp sensor). I really enjoyed the head lighter balance, the stability and the solidness of the contact. Despite...

    Polyofelin strings all manufactures ?

Polyfibre makes many polyolefin strings. Viper on TW has/is polyethylene, which is a form of polyolefin. Their website has more details on other strings with olefin that's not on TW. They're mostly made in Germany.
