Ok, so I've been just focussing on my footwork and being aware of every footstep..... it works pretty much as my focus is on something other than my racket etc. Is there anything I could try besides my footwork to distract myself etc?! Many thanks....

Yes I've been trying to use the tennis ball machine but to no avail I'm afraid, it really is an issue with my game.... Focussing on footwork seems to help a bit. But I'll try again this weekend and report back..... Many thanks.

They are wise words, I need a real/proper long term solution. I'm sure there is anxiety mixed in there with the mental block too.... It's just about having an absent and instinctive mind... thank you.

1) Technology in rackets has improved, albeit not drastically. 2) This is absolute rubbish! It's a complete myth created by Social Media user Data! 3) Do you think Babolat, a multi-million pound company wouldn't have done their research on this?! I would trust their researchers and experts...

Can you substantiate this? 'materials were most likely higher quality'?! When technology has greatly improved? That's accusing Babolat of going backwards with their use of materials and technology.... That's absurd!

Why are today's racquets not any better?! When technology has greatly improved and all of today's pro's use the new racquets? I can appreciate you're very attached to these racquets but I think they're are clouding your judgement somewhat....
